At the outset, very strange behavior of the staff, probably bad instructions from the management regarding accommodation through Booking, so I preferred not to use any other hotel services. Unfortunately, this is the problem of small Czech hotels, when on the one hand you get a customer through a third party, and on the other hand, you can no longer work with him on your own. Otherwise, the hotel is nice, the accommodation is fine. Maybe it wouldn't hurt to replace the hinge with a sliding door to the shower

The lady at the "reception" was very pleasant upon arrival and I was very convinced that she didn't even know about us when the question "for one night?" came up, even though we had a reservation for 4 nights from the beginning. The lock on the door was broken in the room, the wall was cracked, the plaster was falling off, there was mold in the fridge, the bedsheet and duvet were burnt from cigarettes, that could be fixed, but the rest is quite extreme even for me, who looks for accommodation almost exclusively on sleep over.

The outdoor terrace right behind the large window, where people mainly went to smoke, had only a light curtain in front of it. At night you could see through it when the light was on in the room. In order for hot water to flow, quite a lot of cold water had to drain away. I started showering after 2 minutes in cold and after another 3 minutes the warm water appeared. Otherwise, I expected a peeling carpet in this price category.

we ordered a room which apparently they no longer have in the menu, but it is still in the booking menu. For that money, we would probably choose elsewhere. dirty glasses and spoons in the room. there was smoke in the corridor and it seeped into the room, noise, but we should have expected that when the hotel is right on the square.

Room No. 7 with windows to the courtyard where employees go to smoke and everything goes into the room!! You can't ventilate and the hotel is terribly hot. The equipment is the same as under the previous regime, in the bathroom there are empty containers and used soap on the shower!

We were charged 10 euros more. Neither the hotel nor Booking.com were able to resolve this issue. The breakfast was also very poor, but only cost 4€.

Totally old and worn 0 room soundproofing. You could hear anything, from anywhere (even talking and snoring) and when the water was flowing, it was like the launch of a rocket plane. Even spikes in the ears were not enough. A leaky door that could not be opened without being locked. Along with the noise from the corridor. A greasy stain above the bed from resting someone's head before. No rear air conditioning and the impossibility of ventilating through the window. Exit from the kitchen under the window, so the whole room stank like french fries and as a bonus, the employees were making campfires under the window, so cigarette smoke. Otherwise such a classic. Creaking door, leaky bastard. A better hostel, but not worth the price. And as a bonus, the arrogance of the owner/manager, who has zero willingness to solve anything and left in style, if you don't like it, you can leave.

We had a room facing the square, so we were disturbed by the noise of vehicles during the night.

I didn’t like the only thing that in this case I went to the festival in Jaromer, and getting from there to the hotel was difficult and expensive by taxi.

I missed the reception and general organization

There was no chair in the room and the TV was really miniature. I needed a receipt and it only printed a really miniature one with almost no details of the payer.

We were satisfied, the price corresponds to the quality of the services. I have to praise the perfect mattresses. The hotel is a bit of a maze )), big corridors, but very clean.

Hotel maintenance is not taken care of. A cracked toilet seat, a broken drawer next to the furniture and just thrown away.

We had loft rooms with a single, rather small hinged window, and since it was very hot, we suffered from lack of air conditioning, or at least a fan. We didn't find anything to buy in the city, so if you want to stay here in the summer, keep in mind that everything is fine, but take your fan with you.

I would rate the level of the restaurant as below average, the service was faltering. Accommodation sufficient for two nights, as a disadvantage I would mention the absence of any staff outside the opening hours of the restaurant - with the status "hotel" I would expect a classic reception working around the clock.

The window in the room had a view of the balcony where in the morning there were some guys right in front of the window.
