Comfortable and clean!

Two days in Zadar
The room is new, with new furniture and appliances, spacious, quiet, despite the location. Yes, air conditioning, yes parking (for a fee!) But still very convenient for an apartment. Convenient for those who travel by bus, as the apartment is located above the bus station.
The area is not the best. Walking distance from the city center takes about 20 minutes. There are almost no places to eat nearby except MC Donald. However, there is a supermarket nearby.

Perfect break at the bus station
Cozy room with everything you need and more. Located at the bus station, ideal for travel/excursions.
There was no great view of the city.

The neat guest house has a friendly hostess. There were cups and a tea bag, but no kettle.
That it was next to the bus station.
The reason we stayed here was because we left by bus for Split the next morning. Otherwise, I would not choose this place in Split.

Satisfying in the short term, but not as positive as we thought based on your reviews.
The location of the accommodation is very good, close to the bus stop, restaurants, shops and the beach.
The refrigerator is small and at most insulates, but does not cool. The water in the shower is difficult to drain and there is no place to hang towels and wet clothes. It does not have a parking lot, although it is indicated on the data sheet. You can park for free on the street about 200 meters away if there is a free space.

Pure soundproofing and location
Top notch cleaning! I have never seen a clean room with such attention to detail. Excellent soundproofing, the building is right above the bus station and despite this there are no annoying noises. Convenient location for bus arrival/departure.
Cash only (as usually stated at the time of booking) There are numerous ATMs located below.

Excellent position!
Perfect location, 10 minutes walk to the sea and 15/20 to the center! The room is right behind the train station, which is very convenient for those who do not have a car and who come for a few days.

Poor isolation, ascetic, noisy environment..
- We chose this room for our last night to get to the airport easily. - short walk to the old town
- The room is not clearly marked - carpet in the room - you can't open the window or you hear street noise - a lot of noise from revelers (from Saturday to Sunday evening) - a lot of noise at the station at 5 o'clock - there is a smell of cigarettes - the price of the room is not matches what you get for it. - the toilet continues to work for a long time - poor insulation

Cozy structure
Excellent location for those arriving from the airport as the structure is behind the bus station; It is about 15/20 minutes walk from the historic center and port, so it is ideal for visiting the city. Towels, a hairdryer and a small minibar are included. The host was very nice and showed us where to find the moorings for excursions on the islands to the port.
If we really need to troubleshoot, the room is a bit small so I would recommend it for a short stay but it's a great compromise given the location and price.

Closest to the bus terminal!
It's really, really close to the bus terminal! There are stairs, but it's about the second floor, so it's not burdensome! There were two pleasant and very large supermarkets in front and back, so it was convenient, and there were simple amenities in the bathroom. You can also use a coin laundry at the mart in front~ The room was small, but there was nothing inconvenient!! If you contact us first, please come to the bus terminal to help us check in and be kind :)
It was a bit noisy because it was really in front of the bus terminal, the sound of singing :p

Good value for money
Inside was clean and in good condition. The guy who visited us was very friendly. Good value for the city, good choice for a short stay.
The front door is in the middle of the station and is somewhat dirty. Therefore, the place was ideal to spend the night, but somewhat removed from the center (20 minutes walk).

A few days in Zadar
Nice clean room and bathroom. Comfortable beds. The hotel is located at the bus station in Zadar, the beach is not far from the city, a little further, I recommend walking to the center along the beach - the most pleasant way. You must be careful not to turn off the water thermostat because the switch is next to the light switch. Very quiet at night even though the room is in the station building. The hotel does not have a reception desk, but there is very good contact with the owner who hands over the keys. There are many shops nearby. There is a supermarket on the other side of the street, and a bakery at the entrance. If someone needs a room near the station, I recommend it.

Good accommodation for backpackers by bus

But after knowing the location, you can see why this accommodation is the best. The room is also spacious!!!
It's hard to find the location when you first come here. So, I prepared how to find the accommodation. If you come out of the bus terminal and look around, you will see the yellow door in the photo I attached. It has a blue sticker that says "SOBE". Come in through this door and go all the way up to the second floor!!

For one night and as self catering is enough, not suitable for higher requirements.
The rooms were well equipped and clean. The person in charge was there after a short call, showed us everything and handed over the keys. In general, they were satisfied. The apartment is completely enough for one night. It's a shame there is no breakfast, but that's par for the course, it's not a hotel, it's a self catering apartment.
Since it was in the middle of the train station, unfortunately it was very noisy in the morning. From 05.00 hours there is work with suppliers, etc. The apartment is not particularly well soundproofed. After I paid in cash, the person in charge promised to email me the receipt, but has yet to do so. This is very annoying because it was a business trip and I absolutely need a receipt to pay the company. The TV in the room didn't work at all.
