Beautiful, but remote
Quiet location, accessible by bus, nice balcony, fairly good facilities, air conditioning,
Long distance to Zadar or a supermarket, but manageable by bus; no personal contact with the landlord (which might appeal to some)

It was clean (the most important thing for me) equipped kitchen, balcony. 11 minutes to the bus stop from which bus number 8 to Zadar leaves (you can walk along the shore to the stop, I recommend). Quick check-in. Peace and quiet in the area.
It would be possible to eliminate a tiny fungus on the ceiling in the shower. I texted the customer service with a question and got no response. It's not nice.

good and affordable accommodation
clean and fresh, a bit far from Zadar city but a good location. the host was helpful and very nice!

This is my second vacation here, apart from the inconveniences described above, it was good.
The nearby wooded coastal area.
It was noisy on weekdays and weekends. They drilled, carved, and ground. The locals were vocal. There were surprisingly many mosquitoes?!

Location. Although it is far away at the same time, it is quite close as there is a bus network near the hotel. Very clean studio.
There are a lot of melg and mosquitoes on the site. There are hammocks in this house, but they do not interfere with the entry of insects.
