Disappointing
Price.
Owner attitude. He was late and was very arrogant. In the beds, we felt like there were so many fleas that we itched all night. The sofa bed was very hard. The balcony was dirty... The ad says that there are two bathrooms, but there is only one. Water remained at the bottom of the shower. The shower doors didn't close properly. The building should be more secure given the location.

The sofa bed is not a sofa bed. It is a small corner ubu with an addition in the form of a sofa without a mattress. It's like sleeping on the floor. See photo Butane gas ran out and they didn't have a spare.

Excellent stay
Very helpful and pleasant owner. House with an enviable location close to the center, which can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. The entrance to the house and the stairs create a lot of bewilderment, but the inside of the apartment is very beautiful.

Nice apartment in the center of Zadar
It was a spacious and comfortable apartment in the center of Zadar.
Twice we were woken up by the noise of the neighbors upstairs. The sofa bed in the living room was disappointing.
