Boris is very good!
For a short stay it's ok.
Our host was wonderful. He is very accommodating and even left us some washing machine soap which he provided for us. The apartment is well equipped and well located. The conditioner was recent, it was the least allergenic I could come across.
Boris' reception was very pleasant. The apartment is very well located, in the very center of Zadar.
Close to the market, a bit noisy in the morning. No option to dim to sleep.
Central location.
A decadent apartment, with an impractical bathroom with a plastic shower curtain literally wrapping around the body (terribly) while washing, and a very dangerous iron "thorn" always sticking out of the shower wall that scratched my partner. The sink had a loose faucet, so every time you used it, the entire surface was wet and a lake formed. The open bathroom door at a distance of probably 80 cm was to the kitchen, extremely unhygienic. Bad value for money. 4 floors walk without elevator, not a problem for me and my partner, but maybe for other people yes.
The manager is friendly and kind, waited a long time for us (our flight was very late) and gave a lot of advice. The location is excellent, right in the center, near the fruit and vegetable market and the port to go to the islands.
It turns out that you have to walk three floors to get to the facility. Plus it's very hot in the studio. It's true that there is air conditioning, but you have to keep it on all night. We recommend that you cover your window as there is full light at 5am.
Location and cleanliness of the apartment
There is no wi-fi in the apartment, you have to go to the bar downstairs
