Very cute accommodation, super nice staff
Value for money as it is very expensive considering the rooms.
The location is great and the room is quite spacious.
Access to the rooms is only through the restaurant and no lift, add to this the noise in the evenings and mornings due to the fact that the restaurant closes late at night. The bed was comfortable, but for a large bed it was two beds pushed together and impractical for two people to sleep in (it wasn't actually a real double room).
The location in the old town couldn't be better. The rooms match the photos and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok.
Room cleaning could be more thorough. Consists of making beds, emptying trash cans and changing towels. It never felt like it was being vacuumed or cleaned.
The location on the ramparts of the Imperial Palace is exceptional
