Nice pool but too narrow room.
Nice pool.
The room was too small and with the balcony door open you couldn't get past the bed. If the door was hinged on the right, this problem would be solved. The refrigerator door also did not open correctly. Unfortunately, I was also not given a receipt for the stay. Using the shower always flooded the bathroom because the shower curtain was too short.

The view from the terrace is amazing and the pool is great too.

Overall, it was suitable for our relaxation.
The layout of our apartment, the large terrace, the pool, and the common beer tap.
It was not clean enough, many pieces of furniture were in bad condition. They don't speak English at all.

Nice family, the pool was nice. Good shared kitchen with lots of accessories.
There were only two of us and it was a bit difficult to get a seat, as there was a large Czech party that spread out and didn't show much consideration.

Very warm welcome from the owner Ground floor apartment with direct view of the pool Close to Medulin and the beach so the car was parked in front of the building (very beautiful town to visit on foot
The only "minus": bed linen. Comfortable but squeaky.

Swimming pool Platelets and mosquito machine in the room. Fridge in the room (although sometimes noisy)
Air conditioning is paid, the price is not known. You pay for your stay in cash only. There is no reception desk, the owners do not live nearby, so they cannot control what is happening in the house. Annoying and very noisy German guests. Never respected rest time. Few outlets. Keep the shower head in your hand because it couldn't be hung up.

The address on booking is hard to find, lack of cooperation from the host to give me directions on how to get to the hotel. Air conditioning is only allowed for 20 hours for 3 days otherwise I have to pay extra. Only one working outlet with obvious difficulty charging 2 phones overnight

Beautiful on the outside, but ugly on the inside

Furniture is out of date Air conditioning is available free of charge only during certain hours. The shower / bathtub is outdated and too small To get hot water, you need to let the water flow for about 1 minute! Hot water is not red, but blue 🥴 Wi-Fi is very weak in the room. We'll have to put money in the booth again! It was too much for this week !!

Family apartment on Medulin Hill
The apartments are located a little outside the old town of Medulin, but by bike you can relatively quickly get to the sea or to the city for fresh pastries. This is all a very family business. The apartment is basic but clean. There is also a summer kitchen, shower and toilet by the pool. The location is relatively quiet. The owner owns a sightseeing boat and we had the opportunity to take part in the excursion - absolutely recommended (especially fresh grilled fish). The price-performance ratio is definitely right.

Quite good place to stay and good location. days when hiking, so at night you can sleep soundly in the hotel
There was no breakfast, but we made it ourselves. The kitchen was for general use only.

Exceptional
Travel with friends for two nights. The hotel has a beautiful outdoor area that allows you to grill under the gazebo using a fairly well-stocked shared kitchen (beer dispenser is much appreciated), which creates a completely different atmosphere than a regular kitchen apartment. However, the pool view apartments come with their own kitchen and a more secure outdoor area to provide some privacy in case you don't want to share common areas.

Nice room but don't expect too much
The pool was very nice, there was also a beer tap where one euro could be poured for a beer. The pool has a kitchenette and many lounges and seating areas to use. Refrigerator in the room.
The shower curtain was unhygienic and the bathroom was half wet, there was also an open outlet next to the shower. Pests (centipedes and beetles). The bed had a plastic cover so that the bed was not ventilated and quickly became damp. The air conditioner is valid for 10 hours after this additional charge. Housekeeping is not available at this time. A great number in itself, I hope they can improve some of the above points, because then you can stop here.

Friendly home
Very friendly owner, a pleasant atmosphere in the house. We booked a simple room with a bathroom and toilet (there are also large apartments), everything was very clean and well maintained. The pool was fun. The location is a bit out of the way, but nice and quiet, within walking distance to the beach and restaurants.
There was nothing to criticize.

Those who are looking for cheap and quiet accommodation of the same standard
The bed has bonell springs, but interestingly, I slept well on it. During our period, the neighborhood was absolutely quiet. I only saw the owner at check-in, he didn't bother me, then I paid in cash, he didn't give me an invoice.
WiFi was very weak for me on the 3rd floor. He was often unavailable. Shared dining room next to the pool, no option in the apartment. Unfortunately, you can bring a dog, 2 pit bulls brought by other guests constantly protected the pool, so it was not possible to bathe there. On the morning of the first day, I slipped on the apartment stairs and broke my finger when I was watching the dogs instead of looking at my feet. This is my fault. That didn't lift my mood either. The public hospital in Pula, on the other hand, provides better service on Sunday mornings than a Hungarian rural hospital.

Our whole family was very satisfied. The family approach of the owners was incredible. Highly recommended!
Every morning the housekeeper cleaned the common area. The boat trip was wonderful, grilled fish, fresh salad.

The entire apartment building is beautifully furnished from the outside. Clean and nice pool, great kitchen and good sitting area with grill, excellent.
The curtain that was in the shower was not clean from the inside. We thought we would also have a balcony. It was a very long way up to the apartment, since it was almost at the top of the hill.

Well appointed structure, room a little small but mostly good location
Friendly and helpful owners about 1 km from the center. Air conditioning first 10 hours for free, then for a fee of "5 euros 10 hours". You can pay for your stay in euros. Beautiful well maintained pool. Garden with barbecue and shared summer kitchen.

Family atmosphere in a quiet location
We only had a small room with no balcony, so we had to rely on a common outdoor area. And it is very beautiful, especially the pool. It also makes it easy to connect with other guests, and it's very familiar. It was wonderful!
Much of the facility has been modernized with a new pool and outdoor area. Obviously our room hasn't been renovated yet. The level of comfort is likely to vary by room and should be inquired from the owner when booking.

Nice and clean pool.
The room is very dirty, not cleaned at all. Dirty marks on walls, doors and floors. Dust and dirty hair everywhere. The shower curtain is short, so a bathroom that is too small will have a lot of water. There is no floor drain in the bathroom, so the water cannot drain. The woman (co-owner) does not speak English, so communication was almost impossible due to the absence of a man (co-owner). Thus, we did not receive any information about the hotel and the possibilities in Medulin. As a result, the payment did not go smoothly either. An unpleasant and uncomfortable atmosphere reigns here, in which you feel like an outsider. The beach is 5 kilometers away, so walking is impossible. The sea view is minimal, so it's definitely not worth buying.
