Perfect for a family vacation.
Closed parking, cool rooms, outside terrace.
There was no dishwasher and washing machine.

What a wonderful find!!!
A brand new structure equipped with everything you need to enjoy your beach holiday in the best possible way. The reception was really unusual, as if we had known each other for ages. We will definitely consider it for a new vacation.

Highly recommended for people who can do without sewerage.
the location is perfect. Quiet and still halfway to the center. 10 minutes to the beach or to the center of the old town. Good jogging or bike paths - car only needed for excursions. Almost everything is within walking distance.
I liked everything. If someone has mobility problems, then you should ask for an apartment on the ground floor (otherwise there are a lot of steps).

The best, cleanest, biggest and quietest apartment I have stayed in in the last 20 years! 100 points!
Very easy. You call a phone number and someone immediately comes to open the doors. The guest is shown how he lives where, what equipment is in the apartment and how everything works.

The apartment was very clean. We were very well received. All questions and concerns were answered immediately. A short walk will take you to the beach and the tourist mile at the port. A small supermarket is also just a 3 minute walk around the corner.

Recommended holiday home
Nice big balcony. Quiet place. Nice, friendly and helpful host. Flexible registration. Very clean room. Nice (not too soft) beds.

The stay was great
Super nice host who also speaks German. The location was perfect. Just 15 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the promenade on foot. It was 5 minutes walk to the market and 5 minutes to Lidl by car. The apartment was very clean, we really liked it. We also had fresh towels. Had a parking place in the middle of the garden, and he could get in and out of the car at any moment. They did not get along with a gas stove and pans, but this is already a habit. We went there with our 10 month old son and there was a cot too. We definitely recommend accommodation :-)

Fast on the beach / promenade / shopping (groceries), towels changed regularly
There were no mosquito nets, and at certain times it was forbidden to turn on the air conditioner. Thin walls / doors - every neighbor's word is heard. There were only 2 burners. The requested crib (for a baby about 1 year old) agreed, they did not have it in place, it was said that the baby could sleep on the couch.

I recommend, the living conditions are very good
Spacious, neat apartment with a large kitchenette and coffee maker. Comfortable beds. There is plenty of space in front of the house where children can play. Plenty of room to fog up your car. Nice area - nice houses and many restaurants and pizzerias. We received a bottle of Croatian wine as a gift from the owners :)
Unclear rules for using the air conditioner. We received written information about the apartment, which indicated the hours when the air conditioner could be used for free, but there was no remote control. We didn't need air conditioning for most of our stay, but there were hot days towards the end. A microwave can be used in the kitchenette.

Nice, clean apartment. The hosts are fantastic and kind people.
What to improve: In the kitchen, add more pots and various bowls for salads.

The value for money was right and overall it was a very nice apartment and a good homeowner.
The apartment has a balcony, which was very important for us.
The location is good and adequate, but would like to be closer to the beach.
