We were very satisfied with it, I would gladly recommend it to others.
Very nice, helpful host. Comfortable, large, well-equipped apartment. It was also comfortable with a baby.
The road to the accommodation is quite steep. At the view of the pool, half the sea was weedy.

very modern, clean and comfortable. balcony and communal pool. there is no beach as such, but you can find places for swimming.

FANTASTIC
The apartments are very nice, with modern furniture, very spacious and clean. In the evening you can enjoy beautiful sea views, but the real gem is the swimming pool, which is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach and enjoying the beautiful view by the pool while sipping a good aperitif or cocktail. Advise.

was a lovely apartment, but not 5 stars. No dishwasher, simple kitchen, only air conditioning in the living room, and when one person takes a shower, the boiler is empty.

Quiet location with great views of the harbour. The owner took care of everything
The welcome from the hostess was excellent as was her service throughout our stay. She was very personable and considerate.

Luxury is just price
The pool was ok
We booked 2 apartments for 6 people for 5 days. The apartments are extremely functional, no trace of luxury! The bedroom consisted of a bed and an (IKEA?) closet, a very functional bedside table with a lamp. No decorations or anything else in the room. The room was so small that the double bed could only be entered from one side! In the second room, at least there was no wardrobe from Ikea and 2 small tables with a lamp. Given ours, the roof was covered all the time, ie. constant noise pollution from sawing, chiselling, grinding, etc. Ultimately, it's value for money. does not fit. We will not be booking it again.

No luxury!!!
The welcome is definitely not warm. Photos on Booking are much more beautiful than reality! Electricity in the kitchen does not work. We asked to fix it, but it didn't happen. So we had to make coffee on the floor for a whole week with two small children in the same room. Something personal got into the pool filter. They promised to return, but after 5 days they did not receive it. It wasn't until I actually expressed my dissatisfaction that they took action. The water in the pool was ice cold, so it was not heated at all. The employees themselves sunbathe by the pool instead of cleaning up. There is nothing to do in Klimno. Located quite far from everything, we paid too much for what it actually was. No luxury!!

Generally good with prints
Swimming pool, outdoor area with barbecue and views.
It wasn't 100% clean, the beds were cheesy and the shower tray was broken.

Exceptionally good :)
Very clean, luxurious and comfortable apartment. The location is ideal for a relaxing holiday with stunning views of the bay. The lady who managed the property was very sweet and accommodating no matter what. Definitely recommended!

Not suitable for families with children
The accommodation was very nice, new and clean, with a beautiful view of the sea. The equipment of the apartment was sufficient, the only thing missing was a dishwasher in the kitchen and a hairdryer in the bathroom (it was in the description of the accommodation). There is one washing machine common to all 6 apartments. It's a little further to the sea and the apartment is located nicely nestled in the rock, but on a rather steep hill, so we moved everywhere by car.
The accommodation is definitely not suitable for families with children and people who want to relax. Out of the 6 nights we were there, the owner had a private party for his friends 4 times. If we had an apartment facing the gazebo and grill, it would not be possible to sleep peacefully there at night. During the day, these acquaintances of his, who took turns there every day, even bathed in the pool. I think this is absolutely inappropriate behavior towards guests and for such a high price for accommodation I would expect a different approach and more respect. The owner should decide whether he wants to rent the villa or use it for private purposes, both cannot be combined.

Great apartment in a great location
The apartment is furnished with modern furniture. You have a great view. The pool and BBQ area are fantastic. It was as quiet as a mouse at night. So if you want to sleep peacefully with an open window, this is the right place for you. The small town of Klimno offers a well-equipped supermarket and two good restaurants, an ATM and a walkable beach.
A few little things are missing: here and there a hook for a towel or something like that, but the most important thing is there!

Great place to stay
Our room was very clean. Also the pool and so on was cleaned and cleaned every day. The rooms are very modern and well equipped. We haven't missed anything. The kitchen also has various plates, pots, cutlery, glasses, etc. The house is presumably built in 2017. But here's what it looked like. No broken or worn ones. Had a great vacation. There was also a great restaurant nearby (Slamni) which is part of the campsite and highly recommended. In the village itself there are 2 small mini markets where you can quickly buy something to eat and drink. The nearest large supermarket is about 20 minutes away. Gladly again.
When the air conditioner was on for a long time, condensation dripped into the living room. Now I didn't care too much. But I still wanted to post it here.

Great, if you don't mind swimming in the pool with the tattooed and arrogant owner :)
The owner is very nice and attentive. The husband is a classic Croatian lazy buran.

Poor kitchen equipment, impossible to regulate water temperature during shower (too hot and too little water pressure)
