Comfortable stay
We were with 6 people (4 adults and 2 children) and had a large apartment upstairs. Everything you needed was there. You can use the grill and washing machine, which was really great for a lot of people. Apartment size was completely normal for two weeks with all people. After walking along the beach, you should first shower in the garden to rinse the salt from the sea, which has always seemed super refreshing. The location is really great. It was two minutes walk to the sea. You can choose between different coves or lie under the trees if you need shade. You can also walk to Jelsa or Vrboska. By car, you are about 30 minutes away if you want to see other beaches, but they were all worth it. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. We arrived in two cars and there was enough parking space behind the house.
First of all, I have to say, everything you needed was there and for such a great price we did not expect a large luxury apartment. However, there was only air conditioning in the living room and it was difficult for someone to fall asleep in the bedroom because it was very warm there. Wi-Fi was only available on the terrace or in the living room.

We had a great time in Vitarnja near Jelsa and will be happy to return.
The apartment offers a beautiful view of the nearby sea, which is located about 150 m from the house. On the balcony you can very well sit and watch the boats at sea. Just looking at it, you relax. The apartment is functional. The size of the apartment is sufficient for a family of five. We can well imagine that we will be back next year. The location near the beautiful town of Jelsa is ideal - you live in a village and you can reach the place on foot, which is especially pleasant for an evening stroll.
The air conditioning in the living room of this top floor apartment is not sufficient to cool two bedrooms during the summer months.

It's nice to relax there.
The owner lives in Split but when contacted he was friendly and helpful. His grandmother lives in the house and kindly handed over the keys upon arrival. The location is great with great views and quiet, Jelsa (restaurants, shops) can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.

Nice location and great view
The apartment is clean and well equipped kitchen, but the rest is a little dated. Ideal location 15 minutes from the center of Jelsa, magnificent view from the balcony.
Tested in July: comfort is normal, but not for the price. But this seems to be a trend on the island of Hvar. It was impossible to lower the temperature in the bedrooms despite the air conditioning in the living room.
