It was a great experience in every way - the apartment is ideally located in the old town, very close to Pila sunset. Very clean, comfortable (great beds, even a sofa bed), perfectly equipped and with a very cool decor. And the owner, Ines, is very attentive to help as much as possible, making everything very easy.

The location is great, close to the main road and not far from the Pile gate. The apartments are wonderful, clean, well decorated and with every detail. It's expensive but worth it, 100% recommended.

The apartment is really in the center. You step in front of the door and after a few steps you are right in the middle of the action. The apartment is very clean and modern. We were particularly fascinated by the design of the bed. We liked. Ines also arranged parking for us which we really appreciate! Thanks a lot!

The apartment is modern but fits in perfectly with the external architecture! Ines is just FANTASTIC, available anytime and for anything! Clean apartment. Great quality for the price, located 2 steps from Porta Pile, ideal for families!!!

Beautifully clean accommodation right in the city center. Also suitable for people with limited mobility. There are no stairs to the apartment 😊 It is right on Stradun Street. (only 6-7 from the ground floor to the apartment on the 1st floor.) Mrs. Ines was very nice, she answered all my questions by email. The landlady was also very nice. They allowed us to store our luggage the morning after our arrival and thanks to that we could go on a full day tour of the city. We could also leave our luggage here on the last day. Everything in the apartment is new, clean, there is a lot of kitchen equipment, capsules for the coffee maker, tea, sugar, capsules for washing dishes, capsules for the buckle. Lots of storage space. Also Netflix (we didn't have time to watch TV😊) There were four of us here. The apartment is very comfortable, despite the fact that it is not that big. The couch in the living room was very comfortable after unfolding, we slept well. It is really high quality. The night was quiet, silent. There is a grocery store just around the corner. Also, the entrance to the walls is 2-3 minutes from the apartment. The cable car is also a short distance away, but you have to go up several stairs to get there. We enjoyed our stay very much, thank you. We had a great time.

Ines always took care of everything immediately. The apartment is lovingly designed and very central. Everything is very clean and tidy. There is a cleaning fairy that keeps it clean even during use. We really enjoyed.

We met our host at the parking lot where we could park our car for free and then she drove us and our luggage to the apartment in her car and picked them up again on the day of check out - it was exceptionally convenient. This is the second time I have booked this wonderful hotel. And I feel very good. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. There is also a pull out sofa. Clean, chic and with a real Dubrovnik flair. Miss Ines is a friendly and helpful woman. She offered us free parking at Babin Kuk and took us to town. I will be happy to return.

The apartment is located a few meters from the main street in the center of the old town; just a few steps in an alley for easy access and set back a bit from the street to be quiet. You can have breakfast in the cafe just below (pancakes, coffee...). The apartment is renovated, modern and very comfortable (large shower, TV, hair dryer, large bed, sofa, air conditioning...). We were greeted as soon as we arrived, without waiting and with a smile. We were able to leave our suitcases in the lobby the next day to fully enjoy our second day. Our stay was perfect, thank you!

The location is exceptional, right in the pedestrian part of the old town within the city walls. It is large, very well equipped and very clean. The decor is very tasteful and we felt very comfortable. The owner is sweet, very helpful, he even drove us to the free parking and dropped us off on the day we checked out. Very friendly and not taken for granted. We can only recommend accommodation and would love to return anytime.

Ines' warm welcome with small chocolates, water, milk, coffee and apples and her very accurate travel explanations made us happy. PERFECT location as it is located in the center of the old town. There is impeccable cleanliness. Cleaning can be done every other day during your stay.

Even with the stone stairs, I was thinking of staying in the old town, but it's near the front of the old town, and there's a popular ice cream shop right in front of me, and there are plenty of restaurants if you go a little further! It was a place that exceeded my expectations. The room was exceptionally clean, and when I asked if I could leave my luggage there as I was moving to Zagreb the next day, they said that since no one had made a reservation today, I could use it for free until 18:00. It's located on the main street, so it's good to tour the walls and come in to rest. The accommodation is also clean, and you can store your luggage inside the entrance even after checking out. It was a little difficult to go up to the 3rd and 4th floors because there is no elevator, but it is a 700-year-old building, and I think that is standard in Old Town. The accommodation is so pretty, so I want to go again next time.

They were flexible with how we handed over and picked up the keys. I couldn't find a public toilet inside the wall, so the accommodation inside the wall was useful as a temporary break.

As everyone said, it was a very nice hotel room. The room was on the top floor so it was hot.

There was coffee, tea, milk and water. Adj, dishwashing tablets and detergent too. The apartment is well equipped.

The location is unbeatable! The apartment is very clean, very nicely decorated and has everything you need and more. Our hostess was very friendly and helpful. The keys were handed over without any problems, and after check-out we were even allowed to leave our suitcases and pick them up later. Highly recommended!
