very good service and very nice room

Very neat house with wonderful hosts!

The air conditioning was quiet which is nice at night, you only had to climb a few steps through the north gate to get to the room. Also, the owner was very friendly and you could borrow/use towels in the room!

location on a bit noisy and quiet street. Value for money. It also has a change of towels when you need it, as well as a coffee maker in the room itself with coffee and milk provided by the accommodation.

It has a good location and the room is perfect for this price. The lady who gave us the keys was very nice and also arranged the airport transfer for us. We were able to leave our luggage there when we checked out.

The location of this hotel is great, in the middle of the old town, close to everything there is to see (however, don't be afraid of the stairs 😂)!

The accommodation is conveniently located, if you come from the center of the old town, you have to walk a few steps. On the other hand, very practical when you come from the airport, the shuttle bus stop is only 5 minutes walk, there is also a cable car station, the view is spectacular, especially at sunset. As for the room, it has everything you need, the receptionist is nice too :) I suggest this accommodation without hesitation if you are in Dubrovnik

Very cozy room, bright and with everything you need for a cozy stay, we really liked the detail of the packing of capsules for drinking coffee, and the fact that there is soap (yes, as hard as it is to believe, my experience is that in Croatia hotels usually do not provide soap or shampoo). The hostess is very friendly, she gives you all the advice you need and if you need to leave your luggage on your last day, she gives you the key so you can sleep well (there is no reception at the hotel).

Very nice welcome from Ivana who is very friendly and gives good advice. We were lucky to be upgraded to the largest room as it was free. Great location and modern and clean apartment: nothing to say :-)

The rooms are located in a house near the gates of Buza. So we didn't have to climb stairs with our luggage! The street itself is very cozy and after 3 minutes you are on Stradun street. The hostess is incredibly friendly and helpful. She was happy to tell you more about the city, gave us the best way to get to our accommodation from the ferry, and also let us pick up our luggage after check out. The room has tea and coffee, cleaning every day. Neat bathroom, definitely big enough and equipped with a good shower! The bed was also comfortable. We had a great time in Dubrovnik and at Villa Four Winds II!

The location in the old town is excellent. The room is very stylishly decorated, very modern, clean and practical. There is a coffee maker and a kettle for tea. The welcome was very warm and all important information was provided. The restaurant tips were also very helpful and good.

Our stay at Villa Four Winds II was flawless. Ivana's reception was great, with a smile, full of advice and good addresses. The room was very comfortable and met our expectations.

The room was changed to a room on the 1st floor of Villa Four Winds, so it was wider and it was a museum-like room that discovered a well downstairs. There were not many stairs at the rich gate, so it was worth going. Ivana was able to go to restaurants because she was fluent in English, kind, and gave a lot of information. It was so nice that she could rest after walking around Old Town.

The people at the hotel were very kind, and even with my poor English, they kindly and empathetically responded to my sudden request. I appreciate it very much. The location was close to the entrance gate, and it was quiet at night.

Ivana is an exceptional hostess, she treated us very well. All restaurant tips are perfect. The accommodation is ideally located in the old town but very quiet and with very few stairs. Perfect cleanliness. Every day, coffee and infusions are brought to the room. Without hesitation, if I return to Dubrovnik, I will repeat. The hotel offers an airport transfer and their service is perfect.

The room is simple, small, with air conditioning, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The bed is comfortable. The perfect place to discover and enjoy life in Dubrovnik (about 120 steps to get home from Stradun: you have to keep that in mind!!) Ivana: exceptional host! Before our arrival, she answered all our questions (conditions for access to the house, food...). She took care of organizing our transfer from the airport and welcomed us with joy and good mood! Throughout our stay, Ivana gave us very good advice and provided us with many services for free. We highly recommend this establishment.

The location of this hotel right in the old town is unbeatable and ideal for sightseeing. All major sights and restaurants are in close proximity. The hostess is very nice and gives you good advice for your stay. Helpfulness is a top priority at this hotel.
