Room, location and host great!
The location of the property was perfect. The room is small but fine. You have everything you need for a great stay. The hosts contacted us immediately and offered us that they were always there if we needed anything. Just great ❤️

Very very small place but in the historical center with great location
The location is perfect. You are truly in the heart of Dubrovnik. Irreproachable
This is very little. Photos, of course, do not convey its size. There was only one chair for breakfast because the other literally didn't come into the room and you had to sit on the bed. The water in the shower is enough for one quick shower, the other one has to wait for it to heat up.

Easy to get to, very good location. They can improve the guest experience
The location is very good, although there is a lot of noise early in the morning.
The cleanliness of the room (under the beds) and the fact that it is very small (extremely). Instructions for the TV are not simple. The house does not have amenities Bath.

Central location in the old town of Dubrovnik
Very central accommodation in the center of Dubrovnik. Registration went smoothly. The owner was easy to get to. There are no steps in the building that can be climbed, except for indoor steps leading to the second floor.

The beds are very comfortable. sound proofing is perfect. Everything is planned so that you can have breakfast there.

Fantasy
The location is really amazing, with space to have breakfast, window with a great view of the square, the bed is comfortable, the staff is super friendly, they allowed us to leave our bags after checking out. It has all the cooking utensils. I really liked it
The bed could be a double, otherwise the place is super worth it and the space is incredible

Overall I recommend the stay. The positives far outweigh the negatives.
Great location, right in the city center. Close to beaches, bars and restaurants. Even being in the center the windows were soundproofed, for this reason there were no disturbances by street noise.
Unlike the street noise, the noise inside the building becomes noticeable.

Only 10 !!
Location 10, you have everything close by and in the heart of Dubrovnik's walls. We were able to check in early and they replaced our hair dryer right away because it broke. Everything is very clean, comfortable and we will repeat without hesitation.

This is the case when everything is perfect! I fell in love with Dubrovnik thanks to the Guest house of Dubrovnik. An ideal accommodation that meets all requirements by 100%. Colourful, convenient, comfortable, clean, efficient! Everything is great! Well done host!

Great location!
The location is just great, I could see the famous "shame" stairs from my window and it's easy to get anywhere from there. The keys were handed over without contact, which I think was great. There were a few things (the bed had extraneous hair on it, you couldn't close the bathroom door without noise, the room was smaller than the picture) but I didn't mind. The owner was very nice and friendly. It is almost impossible to get a room in this place for the price.

Ideal room for a city trip
Very good and durable mattress. Nice shower. Great location and quiet with nice windows and air conditioning. Very nice hostess.
The air in the bathroom was bad, apparently the exit from the restaurant downstairs was through pipes. When the door is closed, everything was fine. The room is very small but quite suitable for a city trip.

Your manager's tea is amazing. It will help you with arrival, stay and departure. Good advice about restaurants, activities and the coldest water in the city. Its location is unbeatable. Clean and comfortable. The price, perhaps due to covid, is great.
Too bad there is no parking.

There was no tissue paper and there was a lack of explanation about how to open the lock is different from Japan.

Good location
It's far from the Pile Gate, but it's inside the walls, so I felt a sense of superiority. The hustle and bustle outside was shut out.
I encountered a cockroach. I could hear the noise from the room above.

Right in the middle - in the heart of Dubrovnik - instead of just being there
Right in the heart of Dubrovnik! Since we landed in Dubrovnik in the evening and did not want to continue the journey overnight, we booked this apartment for one night. For 1-2 nights this accommodation is amazing. As soon as you exit the front door, you will find yourself 10 meters from the famous stairs from the TV series "Game of Thrones". The apartment has everything you need for a short trip. In my opinion, it is less suitable for longer stays as it will be too small for that and you will really have to live in a confined space. Check-in went smoothly. There was no one in the place, because the key was in the door of the apartment outside. When we left, we only had to leave the key inside and close the door. It couldn't be easier or easier! We were glad that we were staying in the small old town of Dubrovnik and were able to plunge into the atmosphere both at night and during the day. We will be happy to return!
Greeting a dead cockroach in the toilet. But it washed away in the blink of an eye ;-)

The location is excellent, right in the center of Dubrovnik. The hostess allowed us to have a late check out and was very kind on whatsapp.

The best location is at the foot of the "Spanish" steps in the old town.
The best location is at the foot of the "Spanish" steps in the old town. Accessibility to all attractions and restaurants is optimal. Our room was very small but as described, functional, clean and central. Kettle, coffee maker, tea, toaster, etc. are available for breakfast in the room. The windows are well protected from noise. I exchanged a lot of information via email with Thea, the hostess, prior to my arrival - very friendly, uncomplicated and helpful. Right for a weekend getaway when no luxury is expected. There are no stairs from the gates / piles of the old city to the apartment either - it was nice to pull the trolleybus.
