Very successful, in a beautiful place
Above-average price in relation to quality, spacious and clean rooms. I was surprised to find that the bathroom is shared, but for two rooms, although at one point there was no one there, so completely private. What do you know, the facility is located near the center, a few kilometers away, and on the way there are many beautiful beaches, the bus station is very close. I recommend!

Have a nice rest!
The location is not bad, close to the port and in the center of Dubrovnik. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and the staff is pleasant.
One of the beds was uncomfortable, the springs were really felt.

Satisfactory
Kind and welcoming staff, very clean air conditioned room, clean bathroom to share with second bedroom tenants, quiet area and close to everything. I highly recommend.

Cozy clean apartment
The owners live on the first floor, on the second floor there is a common terrace with a table, two rooms, a bathroom for two rooms, a mini-kitchen on the third floor, two rooms, a bathroom for two rooms. All rooms are clean, cozy and comfortable. Welcoming host. The bathroom has a beautiful renovation, new plumbing. To the old town 30 minutes on foot, you can take the bus 1a, 1b, the bus stop is nearby. To the bus station 13 minutes on foot. Nearby there is a currency exchange office with a favorable rate without commission. There is no table and chairs in the room. Dine on the shared terrace.

It was ok but didn't live up to my expectations. We saw the owner of the house for only 1 minute.
The description says that there will be a private balcony and a seating area. It wasn't there. There is only 1 balcony on the 1st floor.

Basic structure but very convenient location
The location is very convenient to get to the port and bus station. It is also convenient to get to the center by bus, which passes right under the house and arrives right in the old town in 5-10 minutes.
The room is very small and basic. There are no places for personal items such as bedside tables, shelves or a closet that would be little more than a single gift.

All you need
Renovated apartment, with air conditioning (necessary), basic equipment, shared renovated bathroom with washing machine, ideal, and a terrace with a table. Great location next to the port to take a boat and there is a bus stop in front which leaves you right in Pyla (centre) in 5 minutes. Supermarket 3' too. Everything is clear. The owner is very friendly and willing to answer questions. We will definitely return. Thanks.

Accommodation is a home to be shared with more people
It is in a beautiful area, next to the port and not far from the bus station.
Accommodation is a house in which rooms are rented. I arrived during the day (it was night), everything was dark and there was no one to greet me. It was closed and phone calls were not answered. By insisting, I was able to speak to the prospective manager, who told me that the house was open and that there was a note in the room with my name on it that matched me. Terrible organization

very close to the station
The owner is very kind and friendly. It is a ten-minute walk from the station and a 30-minute walk to the old town. There are 1a and 1b buses at the entrance to the old city, buy 15kn on the bus, and 12kn in advance at the newsstand. There are supermarkets and restaurants at the entrance of the accommodation, making life convenient. The bathroom is very large and clean. There are three floors. The first floor is for the owner to live in. There are two rooms on the second and third floors. Each floor has a bathroom, which is very convenient. The other rooms we stayed at that time were one Brother from Sri Lanka, I have been to Sri Lanka for many years, and it is very kind to talk about his hometown.

best inn
Location, kindness of the host, cleanliness of the room. The rooms are large and quite comfortable. Wi-Fi can be used without problems. Ivan, the host, was especially kind. I really appreciate it.
The only thing is that the kitchen is small and there is no trash can in the room.

Magnificent view of the port near the city
The view from the window is mesmerizing! The bathroom is beautiful with a huge golden mirror. Outside is very beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by flowers and palm trees! The owner is very kind and helped me a lot during my stay and I thank her! I would definitely come back!

cleanliness problems
I don't understand why the staff don't regularly throw the contents of the trash into the bathroom. Also, the bath mat had to be changed every day because it was common for other people.

It was a good if not cheap short break.
Outdoors, small kitchen, close to bus stop, shops and restaurants. The owner was very nice and tried to fulfill all wishes.
There was little storage space; only a bare bulb in the room for lighting.

Correct, but very fixable
We have been in this apartment for three nights this summer. Location is good, air conditioning too.
However, no room service and no cleaning products (broom...). Shared bathroom and kitchen. Normal and new bathroom, but the kitchen does not work at all. The oven and stove do not work, that is, you can not cook. There are no spare towels in the kitchen, no ordinary rubbish.

Comfortable, authentic but quiet place.
At noon we were able to check into a room. Right at the end of the lane is a small fruit and fish market with cafes etc - very authentic. The port/bus station location is suitable for both late arrivals and early departures. The bus will take you to the old town in 10 minutes, the beaches can be reached in 30 minutes on foot or by bus.
A burner and crockery would be nice. There is an outdoor terrace, which would be even better with flowers, and a second table for all visitors to the room. As cruise ships dock here, traffic jams can occur in the morning, which should be taken into account when booking activities in the old city.

Very good accommodation right on the harbor
It was very clean and Ivan was very friendly. There were many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. By bus you were 5 minutes from the old town and on foot about 20-25 minutes. The accommodation was right on the harbour.
