Nice but no privacy
Certainly the most beautiful part of the house is the splendid terrace overlooking the sea and the beach just 30 meters away, after a staircase, with so few people that it can be called "private". a few meters away, it's an incredible feeling. Reserved parking and great help from the owner's parents who, even without understanding English, were extremely hospitable and welcoming. Dubrovnik is only a 10 minute drive away, thankfully, because the city is as beautiful as it is chaotic and noisy. Unfortunately my girlfriend and I stayed on the ground floor of the house (although very high above the sea) The terrace was beautiful but basically shared with the owner family, so very little privacy. The apartment is extremely dark: only a small window and the window overlooking the terrace which cannot be kept open because the family is always walking there. It is a Soviet-era vacation home so the furniture is old and dark. I think the upstairs room is much nicer and if I go back I would go there, certainly not where I've been. enchanted place,
If you want the sea to wake you up and rock you to sleep, it's only here! Fantastic place. The views are breathtaking. Clean, quiet and peaceful And the hosts! Wonderful people with a heart in hand. Helpful and sympathetic If I go back to Dubrovnik, it's only there

If you want rest and peace, it is the perfect choice.
The apartment is in a very nice location. Very clean, well equipped, with comfortable beds. The view from the terrace is beautiful. The owners are fantastic people, very friendly and helpful.

Fine!
The comfort, the location, the terrace overlooking the sea, the private beach 2 minutes from the location, the hosts are very welcoming! I will gladly come back here!
I searched a lot for the location through Google Maps, it doesn't take you directly to the property, I was lucky with the host who came after me to show me the right way to access the property!

Great views and a few meters from the beach!
Terrace with a beautiful view, great for breakfast and dinner. In addition, going down the stairs leads to a small and very nice beach. Very clean and complete apartment. Very good shower.
The entrance to get into the house is a bit difficult, ask for the location.

Great vacation
This is a studio with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea (exact photos). The location is wonderful. The studio is part of an old house that has been duly refurbished, but if you're looking for a "new luxury 5 star hotel" this is not the place for you. From the studio there is direct access 20m below to a small, almost private cove equipped with a shower... and great! The studio is very comfortable and our hosts were very attentive and welcoming: thanks to them for a little attention, barbecue, beach equipment, our stay... We had a hard time leaving!
We hardly figured out how to get to the apartment: you need to drive along a very narrow, steep (10-15%) road along the slope of the “national” road, which at first you are afraid to go down because of fear of not being able to turn around ...: description of access to the car park (there is a reserved space downstairs) could be improved. On the other hand, if you take it in your hands, it is a gift to be right above a small bay and an “almost private” beach.

A world escaping from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik
Location and tranquility of the area. It is well connected to Dubrovnik by public transport only 15 minutes away.
Access is somewhat difficult. There are no special problems with the car, but without it it would be more uncomfortable because of the slopes that exist.

super relaxing holiday

Luxurious apartment with great views.
The views from the apartment and the terrace are impressive. The owners are lovely although they are older and don't speak English or any other language other than Croatian but tried to understand. They left us amenities and some beer in the fridge. A very quiet cove down the stairs leads to the apartment and the area is very quiet.
Access to the apartment is somewhat difficult to enter by car. There is a very steep hill and a very sharp turn. You have to be very careful, but once you pass it, you will be able to park your car without any problems. There were a lot of mosquitoes in the area where the apartment is located and for this reason we could not enjoy the terrace at night.

Nice place, very neat and clean.
Nice view and very quiet! Nice terrace, everything is clean and tidy. You can park your car upstairs. There was also wifi.
The apartment is located on the side of a mountain. The exit to the apartment is on the highway and is difficult to find at first. The descent is very steep. We arrived in the dark, best of all during the day.

Wonderful sea view
The view from the balcony is a dream. The cove, accessible by steps, invites you to sunbathe and snorkel. Dubrovnik can be reached in a few minutes by car.
The trip to the apartment is full of adventure. You need to go down a very steep road and then walk another 50 steps to the apartment. It is not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Beautiful bay away from the big city
The apartment was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and when we arrived there were two mugs of cold beer in the fridge. It was very attentive :-) The view of the small secluded cove was beautiful. The beach can be accessed by stairs. It's fantastic. If you are looking for a restaurant nearby, you will walk 2 km towards Split along the busy main road (no footpath) in the neighboring town - the pizzeria was amazing.
You should know that the accommodation is very remote and a taxi is always needed without a car. There is no restaurant or shop. The accommodation is still something special.
