Perfect place!
Excellent accommodation, impeccable room, very comfortable and large bed. The breakfast is very rich and varied. Domo is a true host, we will definitely go back on a new trip to Croatia!

Very good location, close to the center. 15 minutes on foot through very nice pedestrian streets, just the road to cross. Modern comfort. Dom is very caring. Full breakfast (possibility of gluten-free bread on request). Dom can organize your return to my airport.

Home, the owner is very, very friendly and helpful! He will also help you find a free parking space within a 5-10 minute walk. The decor in the room and bathroom was very nice, modern, very clean! the room has air conditioning. From 8 o'clock very good breakfast. the location is very good, on a hill above the old town. you walk about 15 minutes to the old town. Outside there is a table and 2 chairs for breakfast, among other things.
in principle, I liked everything very much. a small note: since we had the smallest room, it was only possible to have breakfast in the room during the rain and therefore it was quite crowded and not very comfortable.

We had a great time at Ca' di Mamma. Everything worked smoothly. The owner has always been there for you
Sea view, free parking for a rental car, breakfast, friendliness of the host and much more.
Nothing. A little more storage space in the form of closed cabinets would be nice.

Great stay
The host was very helpful and very pleasant. He helped us with bags and car parking. Also he gave us good tips for our visit to Dubrovnik. In addition, the location was great. It was very easy to take an uber to the old town (5 min drive) for a small fee or walk to it. The room was nicely decorated and the area was very quiet. We are very satisfied and absolutely recommend this accommodation!
The room was small, but we had enough for 3 days.

The house was very friendly and helpful, the room was tidy, it was nice to have breakfast on the balcony.
the bathroom is a bit smaller but very tidy, maybe a fresh sandwich or croissant for breakfast would be nice (we were there 3 nights and then you like something other than toast bread?)

Good for a short city trip
Well located 15 minutes walk from the old town. Very chic but very small rooms.
Not enough space to store your own things. No housekeeping.

Stay at the top
Great welcome and Dom is a very helpful host. Nice room with very good bedding and AC which is a pleasure when you visit Dubrovnik in summer! Buffet breakfast with a varied selection of sweet and savory items.
Nothing to complain about except for the location which requires climbing stairs to get up from the old town. It's a sport, especially in the middle of summer! But this is what the Dubrovnik configuration wants!

Good value for money
The location is close to the center, about 10 minutes walk. Clean and nicely decorated bedroom and bathroom.
The room is small enough to put suitcases. Breakfast is prepared in advance in the hallway and if you get up a little late everything is hot, cheese and cold meats ooze.

Beautiful Dubrovnik, but how many steps
The manager was very nice and attentive. The room was clean and equipped with a quiet air conditioner. Great location but with many steps to make x center. Good breakfast but no espresso.
Room a bit small, inadequate toiletries and no espresso.

Quiet but central location.
Charming, clean and quiet hotel close to the old town. Large balcony where you can have breakfast. Helpful and pleasant host House.

Small functional room with great view
Very nicely decorated and modern room. Smart TV to watch Netflix. Large balcony overlooking the sea, ideal for breakfast. The house was very friendly, helpful, accommodating. Comfortable bed. The breakfast is really a plus. Not in the center of Dubrovnik, but you get there quickly.
You can still hear the neighbors a little from other rooms and in particular the ventilation of their bathroom is quite strong. Functional room but small so hard to open suitcase. The same for the bathroom, which is quickly "flooded" by the shower.

Excellent accommodation for couples. We had many experiences during our stay.
Very helpful, caring host, always smiling and positive person, which is important to us. We asked for free parking at the hotel, which was provided. Breakfast awaited us beautifully served every day. You can easily reach the center and the old town by walking, quiet and peaceful accommodation. We had a lot of fun.

we were very satisfied for 4 nights.
it was furnished in a very modern way. location was good. but you must know that it is on a slope and you have to walk up and down a bit. otherwise, but centrally located and still quiet. The road didn't bother us.
our room was very small for two. we had two large suitcases because we were passing through. it was very crowded.

This is a homestay but the host does not live on site. The duvet is too small for two. The bathroom is tilted and the room is too small. Noisy place overlooking the dual carriageway. Breakfast for review and self-service without the presence of the owner. Minimalist welcome We do not recommend even for a short stay.

Ideal for a city trip
Great location, with parking (reservation only). Walking distance to the old town. Great room, we had a balcony. Pleasantly surprised. Welcome in person.
We had read all sorts of good reviews about the breakfast beforehand but were very disappointed. Dry toast. Mediocre quality. It's a pity. Luckily there was a bakery nearby with freshly baked real bread. A really good breakfast would complete that for us.

Very nicely appointed room with an interesting 7 minute walk to the old town.
Very nice, tastefully furnished room. Super clean with an incredibly nice, helpful owner. The location is good, albeit outside the old town. Very beautiful staircase with beautiful alleys that you would otherwise miss. For those who are too lazy to walk, there is Uber for €4!
This is a small room and breakfast must be taken to your room, garden or terrace. For us it was ok

Close to the center ... but with stairs
The property is located about 600-700 meters from the old city walls, but you have to be aware that most of it is stairs. Clean, good breakfast.
A small room, a parking space about 300 meters from the apartment (including stairs), but this is the specificity of Dubrovnik.

Ideal for walking around the city
Very friendly host. The house took care of everything and was always available to us. He even arranged parking for us and the car was completely safe there. Delicious breakfast, balcony with great view. Highly recommended!

Enough for short trips
I can positively highlight the excellent bathroom and breakfast. In addition, Dom, the host, is very friendly and helpful. The free parking was also worth its weight in gold as parking fees in Dubrovnik are otherwise unavailable. You must also walk 100 steps to the parking lot. The short path to the Old City is also self-explanatory and can be reached by climbing 349 steps. I can recommend it for 1-2 nights but no more.
I chose this little place to stay for 5 days because the reviews were very good. When I arrived I was very disappointed. A room without a balcony is very small for two large suitcases and there is very little space for two. However, the other two rooms appear larger. Instead of a closet, there is only a hanger for outerwear, so you have to live on a suitcase. Also, no one comes to clean the room at this time. There was a lot of dust under our bed and bed bugs (ants, centipedes and even cockroaches!) got into our room. The tourist tax is payable in cash at the accommodation as there is no card machine.

The decor is just fantastic!
Very well decorated house with a nice bathroom and bedroom. The shower is fantastic. Everything works flawlessly. Good breakfast. Right to a parking space.
Many stairs from the center to the house, but in Dubrovnik it is impossible otherwise.

Fantastic option to stay in Dubrovnik
The room was small but everything was spotless (very nice and clean). Perfect and spacious bathroom. The house was very accommodating from the moment we arrived, explained everything very well and gave us recommendations!! The breakfast is very varied.
It is 10 minutes from the center but you have to climb stairs to get there!

Recommend / great place.
Everything was perfect. Excellent number. New. Good decor. Enough space for luggage. Beautiful terrace by the sea. Rich breakfast and free access. The house and its kindness !!!!!! I put 11/10.
If I had to find one thing, it could be the noise from the road below, but nothing too annoying.

Super Host and attention to detail
The room is very well decorated, beautiful from an aesthetic point of view, the breakfast offers sweet and savory alternatives, and the owner really shows a rare kindness and care. The location is outside the old city center but can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.
I recommend the room for those who need to stay for a short stay as it is very small and difficult to handle with large luggage.

Luxurious, new and stylish rooms. Great location, 5 minutes walk from the old town. Excellent breakfast. The owner will tell you about parking.
A little cramped in the room, but these are trifles compared to the pluses.

Dubrovnik was worth the trip.
The owner is very nice and helpful. The location is very central for a "city break". 15 minutes walk to the old town of Dubrovnik. The room was new furnished and clean. The breakfast buffet on the terrace was very good.
