One of the bathrooms had a hidden shower area, which made it difficult to take a pleasant shower. The host was not very friendly. It took a long time (more than half an hour) to hand over the keys, when I said I would be at the apartment in 10/15 minutes. We waited under a scorching sun, but the worst thing was the number of stairs we had to climb carrying our bags. Fortunately no one had major mobility problems, or it would certainly be a problem... once we got to the house gate we still had to take more stairs... the host rarely answered the phone when we needed something. An experience not to be repeated... besides all that, it's very far from the center...

We had a pre-departure transfer to the property and back to the airport, but upon arrival no one was waiting for us and we landed around 9pm with three children. After calling the facility, we received information that the host was on his way and to wait 10 minutes, we finally waited 45 minutes at the airport. On site, after our question in which direction to the beach, we received information that there is no beach here, although the description stated that it was 1.4 km to the beach. We asked how to get to the nearest beach, and the host suggested that he would come pick us up the next day and take us to the beach, because he was going in that direction, or we could buy a boat trip and go to the island or take a bus for 50 kuna to the old town. By the way, he was supposed to replace a broken light bulb in the room for us. Unfortunately, the next day the host did not come and did not call that he would not come. We looked for the beach on our own with the children, you can buy a ticket at the kiosk for 12 kuna, and for 50 kuna from the driver on the bus. On the way back, we also had an agreed transfer with the host, confirmed by phone the day before departure, the host promised that he would definitely come. Unfortunately he didn't come, we had to order a taxi to the airport. In one bathroom there was a smelly mop with a bucket that smelled all over the apartment. I put the mop outside after a few days the smell dissipated. The photos do not reflect the actual state, they are probably photos from a few years ago and from selected rooms, one best at a time. The terrace is old and dilapidated, nothing like the picture.

The second bathroom was missing a toilet brush and the cistern was sometimes incomplete - had to shake the lid to make it refill. In one room, the air conditioning is unfortunately not installed or set correctly, so that during sleep you are blown, you must turn it off at night or completely cover yourself.

Unfortunately the location is very far from the city center. 25-30 minutes on foot, 10-15 minutes by car.

Dirty walls with traces, faded decor, especially in bedrooms and bathrooms. Change the shower head, change the towels and apply perfume on them will do them good. air conditioning entrance TG. Fast cleaning. The sofa in the living room needs to be changed (it's not the one in the photo anymore) ....etc .... Put some kind of decoration to make people feel good there, and not put recyclables on it. An apartment from another era. Too bad because of the potential.

On the way back, we were in a great hurry: we had booked a passage so there was nowhere to hurry, but due to an accident, etc., the car arrived considerably late. Therefore, it is worth reserving a buffer for time-critical transfers, because the roads in this area are narrow and there are almost no detours.
