We booked an apartment with a living room overlooking the lake. Instead, we had a seating area inside (i.e. no window). The front desk told us "Fully booked, there is no other room with this equipment." No discount. Totally unacceptable in this class.
The breakfast was exceptional, great selection of food both savory and sweet. The breakfast area at the Tramontana restaurant was very good. Everything was very good in the Sea Restaurant, the service, the quality of the food and the magnificent view.
