The hosts are very hospitable and kind
The distance to the beach was perfect
The air conditioner didn't work and the owner didn't do anything about it. There was also a major obstacle to getting to the apartment, which made this residence inaccessible to everyone.
The apartment is good and the prices are moderate considering that Dubrovnik is as expensive as PORTOFINO. There is a good fridge and everything you need for living.
The structure is poorly organized in the reception phase. This will require maintenance. The front door didn't close like the bathroom door. The AC was blocked ("fortunately the weather was chilly, but in August that would be a problem"). The garden smells strongly from the restaurant downstairs. Good for a short stay. There were some ants
