Welcome. The location in the city center is very noticeable to visit accommodation overlooking a very touristic small area: restaurants, market... Bright, spacious, functional accommodation.
In the evening the noise from the restaurants can be annoying. furniture and decoration remain in the old style
if you like waking up to church bells and the hustle and bustle of the marketplace on the rope in the morning, and love a life without straight all day long, the location is also unique for excursions.
the central location, where all experiences are within walking distance.
Exceptional location, size of the room, the fact that it wasn't noisy at night.
The location is very good, the apartment is clean and well maintained, in an urban style. What a pleasure to come home for a cool vacation in the summer heat.
Everything was great
Almost everything. The friendliness of the owners, always ready to respond promptly to messages. The bus leaving the airport was late, we wrote them a warning as they were waiting for us to give us the keys and they were very helpful. The apartment is located on the central floor, it is not accessible by car, but it is a few hundred meters from the bus stop from the airport. There is everything nearby, even a supermarket right in front. But the area is quiet and you sleep well at night. Spacious room, clean bathroom, kitchenette, great exposure. The owners are approachable and very kind.
Location and brightness of the apartment. The landlord is completely friendly.
Was rather poorly soundproofed at night
Luxurious apartments with simply stunning views of the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and Gunlulic Square. In the morning you wake up to the sound of bells and the cooing of pigeons. The very center of the Old City. A bit noisy in the evenings due to people chilling at the restaurants in the square. But this did not bother us at all and added some atmosphere. There is a kitchen (electric stove, refrigerator, kettle, dishes, toaster). A full size bathroom. Very pleasant hosts. Thank you very much for the wonderful welcome!

Great location in the center of the old town. Friendly welcome, spacious room with authentic decor.
Ambient noise
Location, right on the square with cozy terraces! It may be a little noisy, but personally it doesn't bother!
Nothing!
The location is undeniably a win-win. We were in the same center. With air conditioning and kitchenware. Tonchi was very kind and considerate.
You pay manually and I wish we knew this before we went as it was much more expensive with the change from euro to kuna. The bed was a bit hard and it was not the room we expected, quite small.
Very good location in the middle of the old town, close to the main attractions, lots of good restaurants and bars in the area. In front of the establishment there is a market every morning with fresh fruit and other local products.
The establishment is a bit noisy at night due to the terraces of the restaurant, but that's tolerable.
Breakfast was a 1-minute walk and included a choice of coffee or tea and orange juice. It was quite delicious and a good deal. As soon as I went out, there was an open-air market, and even if I did some shopping, I could leave my luggage and it was easy.
Since the room is on the second floor, it is difficult to carry suitcases.
discount I was on the second floor via very steep stairs not recommended for seniors or people with health or mobility issues.
Located in the old town, very convenient. Because it is in the center, I returned to the room many times during sightseeing. Above all, it was nice to be able to move to the apartment on a flat road. There was no lift so we had to climb a flight of stairs to get to our room, which was great in the old town with lots of stairs. Supermarkets, open-air markets, and famous restaurants were also nearby.
I heard that breakfast starts at 8:30, but when I went on the third day, it wasn't open (Saturday) and it started at 9:00. ', so I went a little past and it wasn't open. We ended up having breakfast around 10am.
The location was in the center of the old town and the room was spacious.
It took more than an hour to hand over the keys, which shortened the precious sightseeing time for only one night. If you don't want to struggle with check-in and want to save time, we recommend booking a regular hotel. When I went to the delivery place, there was no one, and when I called, I was told by another guest that I was away, so please wait. I needed an explanation, but I was asked to wait because I had something to do. I think it will be difficult if you can't speak English to some extent. It seems that one staff member is handing over the keys to multiple accommodations and explaining the rooms, so if the timing is bad, you will have to wait for a long time. Also, other reviews said that cash payment was a must, so I took the trouble to withdraw it at an ATM and prepared it, but Booking.com paid with a credit card, so I only had to pay for the city tax. I didn't need much cash. Getting into the old town with a suitcase is quite a challenge. In addition, we considerably have a hard time when it is suitcase because room does not have elevator on the third floor. Since it is a tank type that can only use a fixed amount of hot water, when two people tried to take a shower in succession, only water came out for the second person. If you don't use hot water sparingly, you can't bathe continuously. The places where the power supply can be used in the room are limited, so it cannot be used around the bed. I don't have an extension tap, so it's pretty inconvenient. Check out is early at 10:00, but it was possible to leave the suitcase at the store where the key was delivered. However, since I am managing it by myself, I was told to call if I was absent when I received the package. You have to prepare a SIM that can make calls overseas, and you may be in trouble when you want to leave in a hurry.
Perfect place.
STAIRS!!!! In our case, these were two floors, dangerous for the elderly and with suitcases. The curtains in the room were unhooked and the ceiling was so high that it was impossible to close them. There was no socket in the bathroom to use the hair dryer. Only
