Spacious apartment, fairly centrally located. Nice attentive landlord.
A few critical notes, so we do not fully understand the high rating for a standard apartment. We paid extra for a balcony, but you look at a bus depot, and a foot field where you are bothered by light and noise until 10:00 in the evening. of the drain.
Good overall
No blackout blinds on bedroom skylights
It's not far from the old town, and the bus stop is in front of the house! The house was much more comfortable than the photos, and I was so grateful for the free parking in front of the house. The washing machine is also good. If you hang it on the terrace clothes rack, it will be smooth.

Functional studio very well suited for visiting Dubrovnik. 20 minutes walk from the old town as well as the new port and for the less adventurous the bus stops at the door. A parking space is available upon request, which is a great convenience in Dubrovnik. Very warm welcome from the owner. We were afraid of the noise from the street, but in fact the studio is on the other side and above all below road level, which makes it very quiet.
