Great location but poor isolation
The accommodation is very well located, directly in the old city. the kitchenette is functional.
The windows are not insulating at all and the room directly overlooking the street, we hear absolutely everything. It is difficult to ventilate the room, so there is a lot of humidity.

The walls were full of mould, the bathroom as well, the light was not insulated and you could see that it was leaking because the apartment had 1 room and a bathroom, it was supposed to have a view of the sea, the view was of the stairs and we had to keep the lights on all the time in the apartment. We have been going to HR for years, but such a mess we didn't experience. I got a stay for my life anniversary and we were disappointed with the accommodation for my wedding anniversary. You are giving misleading information. My husband is an asthmatic, he had problems and so did I.

The apartment is very small, very little space to move around. The corner shower is a bit dirty and full of water so we decided not to use it as we were only there for one night. They must fix this.

A great place in the Old Town of Dubrovnik to feel the vibe of the city
The plane we were on had to land in Zagreb instead of Dubrovnik (storm) and we arrived at 5am instead of 5pm. The key issuer kept in touch with us all the time and finally came to issue them at 5am - BIG APPRECIATION and GRATEFULNESS! The apartment is well located and, to our surprise, a well-equipped kitchenette - including a fridge. You can leave your luggage after returning the keys.
It would be worth cleaning the grout in the bathroom - they were not clean enough.

TOP LOCATION
The location is the strong point of the building, the room is clean with smart TV, good shower and good bathroom, kitchen with utensils, working air conditioning is not noisy.
Too bad it's a french bed, they could also put a fold out table in the room. Even a clothesline, maybe in a rope outside the window, would be a winning point.

A strategic choice for hit and run tourism.
The apartment is located literally in the heart of the historical center of Dubrovnik, in a place where it is very easy to get to the most characteristic places of the city. Despite the spartan furnishings, the living room was very comfortable and we had no trouble adjusting to the room, which nevertheless remains very small. The hostess was very helpful because she gave us all the information for check in and allowed us to leave our suitcases in the building even after check out. A very long-awaited initiative, because it was impossible to survive the steps of Dubrovnik with such a burden. A certificate of honor also for the privacy in the room !! If you want to visit Dubrovnik and don't intend to stay there for too long, this apartment is perfect for you, also considering the more affordable price than alternatives. N.B. Be careful with the apartment you choose because the owner offers many different rooms, each with its own size and features. So make sure you are clear about which room type you choose at the time of booking so you don't get disappointed.
The apartment is located on the second floor of an apartment building used for receiving tourists, at the end of a very steep and narrow staircase. From the outside, the building is not easily recognizable and is characterized by an anonymous green door. The room is quite modest and is almost completely occupied by a double bed. When we stayed, the base of the shower immediately filled with water, but with due care we managed to contain the discomfort. Recent niggles include the lack of a hair dryer in the bathroom and too much cobwebs on the stone wall above the bed. However, overall there were no unacceptable gaps and we would like to recommend this place for a short stay.

The best view of the old city in a great atmosphere
The indescribable view of the entire old city and the direct location at the Buza Gate (North Gate) is just perfect as you only need to carry your suitcase a short distance as the entire old city is car-free. In addition, the air conditioner is incredibly powerful, so if you want you can cool the apartment down to 17 degrees, which is a calm but adjustable degree. In addition, great hosts, excellent recommendations for excursions, very polite and quick to deal with small issues. just great - thanks Anamarija and Toni!
The kitchen had a little less equipment - for example, there were no spatulas for morning scrambled eggs. location and view make up for it 10 times.

The most beautiful view of the city
The balcony is amazing and an absolute highlight of the apartment! The view from the city wall leading right past the house was the envy of all the tourists. It's also nice that you don't have to lug your suitcases that far from the north gate and there are ramps for the steps.
Be careful, the water coming out of the faucet is very hot if you set it to warm. The rest of the equipment is very simple, but functional.

Smaller than expected, in a good location
The handover of the keys went smoothly. The hostess of the house met us at the gates of Buza and escorted us to our place of residence. She is very friendly and was always available when we had questions. The location is great. You will be in Dubrovnik in a few minutes on the right and a great restaurant on the left. The restaurant on the right is also recommended. The terrace is very beautiful. Great view of Dubrovnik. The small apartment above is also recommended. It has its own small terrace. The stairs are steep but easily accessible. Bathrooms are basic but adequate. Towels are clean and soft. Toilet paper and hand soap provided. Price and location definitely go together.
There were 5 of us and we rented a small apartment and a small apartment. Unfortunately, it turned out that the kitchen is not an additional room, but is located in the same room as the second bedroom. For us this meant that 2 people were in a rather narrow space and 2 others had a kitchen which of course could only be used when the two were awake. The pictures there are misleading. Unfortunately the cleanliness was also not very good. And there was very little space in the wardrobe, so we stood by the bed with our suitcases and could not unpack anything. Unfortunately cleaning and kitchen towels were missing.

We were cold in the apartment as unfortunately the weather was bad. The welcome document could be revisited because it is outdated and unattractive because it is old and dirty. (of course secondarily) We survived an earthquake (5.7 on the Richter scale), but the owner had nothing to do with it!!

Not bad for a short stay.
Location and price.
Very small, a lot of noise from the street and from other rooms in which some nights screaming until 3 am still asking for silence. I don't recommend it for long stays if more than one person is coming. Very old furniture. Lots of stairs to get to the room. This apartment did not have a terrace.

Sunny apartment in a great location
The location was second to none, 10 points! Rooftop terrace with comfortable seating and sun all day. Fantastic view of the whole old city. Very clean, kitchen simple but well equipped.
It was rather cool in the apartment at night and in the morning because there was no heating in it. We may not have gotten along with the existing air conditioner. Only cold air came out.

FRAUD - Beware of misleading ads!.
AVOID !! CATASTROPHICAL and DISGUSTING! Room on the ground floor, which is not specified at the time of booking. This is a lottery. You book a room thinking it's a seasonal rental room and they make you believe it's a terrace room with a sea view... FALSE and SCAM!! You get a room in the basement. No ventilation and zero comfort. With bloody towels. Internet does not work contrary to what is stated in the ad. Toilet, shower in a tiny bathroom. Shower curtain in the bathroom. Towels, which must be clean and are used to replace dirty towels, are placed on the building's dust-filled stairs that enter the building by opening the building's door. Therefore, hygiene is catastrophic. Unfortunately I was scammed with this rental, I didn't have this information when booking. I discovered this scam when I got there, but it was too late.

Pleasant stay but some surprises
The room was in a great location, close to everything and on a quiet street. We were also well received. However, we booked too quickly and ended up in a room on the ground floor, with no terrace and a small window overlooking the steps to the street (so no natural light). Average bathroom.

Catastrophic
The only good thing is the location, right in the center of Dubrovnik.
This is a complete disaster. Extremely dirty, sheets and towels stained with blood, there were stains on the toilet seat, rubbish thrown down the stairs... The closet was very small and full of blankets so there was no place to put our clothes. Much smaller than it appears in the photos, the claustrophobic bathroom. There weren't even coffee cups in the kitchen. We asked the owner if he could bring us a foldable clothesline as there was nowhere to hang towels and wet clothes from the beach, he very badly told us no. We stretched out as best we could on the ledge... There were no hosts to check in and they left the girl on duty. We talked to her and agreed to meet somewhere, but a guy appeared ... Everything was very confusing.

There are several apartments in one ad. Ours was on the ground floor, underground, with a fan on the only window. It was dirty, wifi was intermittent, bedroom and bathroom were tiny… long story short, it's a lottery if you're upstairs, the reviews seem good, if you're in the basement, that's kata.

Nice apartment.
The location is excellent. The view from the terrace (only from the terrace, but it is not in the rooms) is beautiful. Clean rooms and linen. The kitchen has almost everything for self-cooking.
View from the window of the rooms. The terrace is inconveniently located on another floor and to get to the toilet you need to go out into the common space. For me it was unexpected. This point is missing from the description.

Breathtaking view of the rooftops of the old city
The apartment is functional, the owner is very responsive when my child was discharged from the hospital. The person who takes care of the keys and cleaning is very nice. The apartment is located on the outskirts of the old town. The terrace/balcony is upstairs from the apartment, small, and offers a breathtaking view of the old town. It's great!

best terrace
The view from the terrace was nice. The view from the highest point in the castle (among the accommodations) was amazing. There is no problem with the Wi-Fi environment. I could feel the attention to detail, such as the presence of an air conditioner and an oil heater. Thank you for letting me leave my luggage after check out. Contact for questions was quick and stress free. The location was also perfect for sightseeing.
As mentioned in word of mouth, the 2-bedroom has a shower and toilet room across the common corridor, which is unexpectedly troublesome. and it was cold. The drainage in the shower is not bad, but maybe because of the poor ventilation, the entire shower and toilet room is soaked. It was very dry and uncomfortable. There were no other guests in the room for the two days I stayed, so when I wasn't using it, I was able to leave the door open for ventilation, which was nice. After that, in the 2-bedroom, the water heater is smaller than the number of people. It became water in the middle of the second person.

Very nice host, very helpful, beautiful and pleasant apartment.
This is a modern apartment in the center of the old town of Dubrovnik. It is located in the middle of the houses of local residents. Everything is within walking distance, very close to cafes, ice cream parlors and a supermarket.
The apartment is located on an ordinary street, along which locals also walk. You can hear everything that is said and who is walking. But you stay among the locals, in which case it's certainly not a problem!

superb view
We stayed in a 1 bedroom in Peline 13. From the balcony, you will always have the breathtaking view of the old town all to yourself, which is an irreplaceable attraction. The facility was clean and comfortable with hot water coming out quickly. The room is located on the 2nd floor and there are stairs, but it is not a narrow cliff-like staircase that is common in European apartments. If you get a taxi to Buja Gate, you can reach it just by climbing a few dozen steps. The cable car platform and the bus stop for the airport are also within walking distance. The owner contacted me in a straightforward manner, and handing over the key was smooth. They let me put my suitcase in the hallway after checkout. (Please note that 2 bedrooms in Peline 13 are located on the ground floor and must be accessed through a shared corridor to access the balcony/bathroom.)
As mentioned above, access by taxi is not bad, but to return on foot after eating on the main street of the old town, it is necessary to climb a tremendous number of stairs. It can't be helped because it's in exchange for a superb view.

What did you like about the object of accommodation? Amazing view from the balcony! This is something unimaginable! The panorama of old Dubrovnik, the sea and the island of Lokrum simply attracts attention and does not let go. I want to endlessly sit in a sun lounger on the balcony and admire the beauty. Everything else is just a bonus - a cozy spacious room with a table and a mini-kitchen, clean linen and a friendly owner. Nearby there is paid underground parking and a couple of bars. It’s literally 5 minutes to go down to Stradun, but the climb is more difficult!) In general, if you need to spend a few romantic days in Dubrovnik, then you will definitely like these apartments.
We were in January during a strong wind, the house was blowing and the air conditioner, working for heating, simply could not cope. It was cold. Well, of course, this option is for physically strong tourists - running up and down is not suitable for everyone.

Good location. As soon as you get off the stairs, the main street and the cable car platform where the airport shuttle stays are also a 5-minute walk. The bus to the long-distance bus terminal is also right outside the gate. I don't know the price during the busy summer season, but I think this location is good for this price.

Lovely accommodation to remember
You can rest assured that the owner will contact you as soon as possible. When I arrived in front of the inn and sent an email, he brought me the key immediately. Since it was a room on the 2nd floor, I could always enjoy the view from the balcony (on the 1st floor, you have to climb the stairs to see the view from the balcony). The room is spacious with a double bed, a desk with three chairs, and a sofa bed. Towels were also prepared for more than the size and number of days of stay. There were no problems with the toilet or shower. The inn should be accessed through the Buja Gate. From Pile Gate, you have to climb over 100 steps with your luggage. Enter the Buja Gate, climb the stairs on the first right for about 30 steps, and walk a little to arrive at the inn. There are several steps from the door of the inn to the entrance, and there are stairs to the room on the 2nd floor, so please do your best to climb. When heading from the cable car bus stop to Buja Gate, take the sidewalk on the right and the stairs will lead you down. If you cross the road without going down the stairs, there is a sidewalk where you can roll the carry (Be careful when crossing the road. You may want to check it with Street View)

- Location, inside the walls and a couple of minutes from the busiest street. Also a few steps from the north gate where you get to the cable car and airport bus stop and other places. - Cleaning. - Internet connection was very good.
To put a snag, the double bed was actually two single beds pushed together and one of the pillows was like a rock. The towels looked very old.

There's a beautiful view
The view, the small terrace overlooking the old town is lovely. A place that is perfect. The owner who asked us to leave the property at 11 am but left us the keys to leave the suitcases in the hallway until the evening.
The apartment is old and not very well maintained and in terms of cleaning it was not very good. Desired host - TV is really disgusting. Not really shutters/blinds/curtains to isolate Le Matin from the light.

The structure is suitable for short stays or, in any case, for young and healthy guests. The beds are too short for a guest over a meter and 80. One of the two is exaggeratedly high and not very soft pillows. The stairs were cluttered with objects, making it dangerous to pass.

Fantastic view!
The view is very beautiful! The studio is simple but good!
The blinds were broken, the curtain was letting in a lot of light and the shower head couldn't be properly attached to the wall so had to be held while showering.

Convenient location - failure room
The location was second to none, right in the old town
There were 2 burners, but no deduction. Since the apartment only has a tiny barred window, cooking was out of the question. Also, there was no table to eat. Shower head couldn't be fixed in shower, had to hold shower head all the time. The balcony is also shown in the ad. However, it is very unclear that the photographs shown show TWO separate rooms. Before booking, be sure to ask if the accommodation has a balcony or not. We didn't ask and assumed a balcony and were very disappointed when there was nothing but a tiny room on the first floor.

Good for a short stay
The location couldn't be better for a short stay. The communication with the owner was very good.
I would not book this accommodation for more than 2 days. It's a bit like being in a prison, but I don't think you'll find anything better in the old city.

Good value for money but noisy
The location is great although you have to climb stairs. Very well equipped, it consists of a small kitchen that allows you to prepare your main meals (not a microwave, but an electric stove). Appropriate cutlery, pots... Friendly and punctual staff for check in as well as easy check in.
It's on a very busy street so it's a must to use earplugs to be able to sleep as the noises are constant throughout the night and keep you awake (we assume other times of the year which are not summer can be quieter) Cleanliness is correct but could be improved.

The view from the terrace was as good as the reviews said. The water heater is big, so you don't have to worry about running out of hot water. Air conditioning works well. The email is simple, but the female staff is nice.
The 2bedroom room is on the 2nd floor, and the private terrace is on the 3rd floor, so you need to climb the stairs. The private bathroom is also outside the room, so it is troublesome to unlock the room to go to the toilet. The 1bedroom room on the 3rd floor has a direct access to the terrace, and the bathroom seems to be in the room. If you want a room, I recommend the 1 bedroom, but the stairs leading to the 3rd floor are narrow, so if you have a large suitcase, the 2 bedroom on the 2nd floor is better.

Nice apartment with the most beautiful view of Dubrovnik
Fantastic location a stone's throw from the gates of Buza town and about 5 minutes walk from the airport bus stop. The apartment is simply furnished but offers sufficient comfort and has very well functioning air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The best part is the private balcony with a unique unobstructed view of the rooftops of the old city, similar to the view from the city wall. The only drawback: from the main Stradun street, you have to climb 150 small steps to reach the front door on Peline street. and then another 30+ steps to the front door of the apartment. But the view makes up for it!
Little things, especially in the bathroom: there are no hooks for towels, the arm for the hand shower hangs too low, so you can’t stand under it, and you have to hold the hand shower all the time. Not everything is so important and easy to solve.

Modest in a great location
The location is perfect, I highly recommend staying within the walls even if it seems more expensive. The apartment is modest, I was alone, so it was comfortable for the two of us, maybe very small, but still quiet. Facing the street it can be a bit noisy so you can hear all the conversations. But I slept well. The one who received me was very kind.
The TV didn't work. It would be nice if they equipped the kitchen with some basic things like tea, sugar, salt.

Cheap and affordable!
Located down the stairs from Buja Gate, it is convenient because it is close to the ropeway platform that climbs Mt. Surji and the airport bus stop. There was also an ATM nearby.
The air freshener in the room is too strong.
