A good option
The location and the treatment of Peter, the owner, out of 10. He looks for everything you ask for. very good mattress
There was an odor problem in the bathroom, especially the first day. The second much less but I think it was something specific. And there was quite a bit of noise from other guests the second night. The pillows are too thin for my taste.

We were only there one night but everything worked great. Happy again :-)
Ideal location in the center of the old town. The contact with the owner was excellent. We were picked up from the agreed place and taken to the parking lot. The apartment was perfect.

Easy access for people with a lot of luggage.
It was nice to be able to go straight from the gate without using the stairs. It was right next to the main street, but surprisingly quiet.
It was nice to have a place to dry the laundry.

The best location in the center of Dubrovnik
Unique location in the center of the beautiful old town. The host was very friendly and gave brief recommendations for restaurants and nightlife. The air conditioning worked great and we slept very well.
A little less light in our apartment and some equipment could be upgraded a bit.
