Excellent stay
Nice apartment with all amenities. Great view of the port and the island. Proximity to the old town 5 minutes walk (just stairs, 110 steps, but in Dubrovnik you have to walk up and down...). Close to shops and taxis. Very good house. Perfect stay.

The location was perfect and the owner was very helpful.
Dubrovnik is expensive compared to other places in Croatia, but well worth it for a few days.

Perfect apartment in a great location
Great fully equipped apartment! Everything can be reached in a few minutes by stairs! Grocery store, eateries, beach, old town 5 minutes walk. The gazebo was perfect to enjoy a bottle of wine in the evening!
during our stay the lady was very passionate about playing the piano!

Apartments "Tolles"
Excellent air-conditioned apartment with great views of the old town, Banje beach and Lokrum island. The terrace is ideal for ending the evening after a hard day with a refreshing drink. The hosts are very friendly and attentive. Also during the stay they asked if everything was ok. The price was fair.
Comfortable seating for 4 people in the living room would be better because there is only room for 2 people on the sofa and the chairs at the dining table end up not being very comfortable. Walking up the stairs to the room is a bit difficult, especially with heavy luggage.

The location is perfect and we enjoyed the flower garden, shaded terrace and BBQ with breathtaking views of the old town. Our host Zoran was very careful, especially with taxis to the airport.
Missing a small trash can in the bathroom where there were some smells.

We spent two wonderful days in Dubrovnik. The location of the apartment is excellent and the terrace is very beautiful.
Best location, very close to the city center and next to the beach
One of the rooms was very small and the bath towels were too small.

Great apartment with stunning views of the sea and the old town
A magnificent apartment that has everything you need to stay in beautiful Dubrovnik: air conditioning in every room, excellent layout with isolated rooms, kitchen utensils, very clean and beautiful views of the sea and the old town. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach and the old town.
A little early check out at 10-00. It will be a little difficult for the elderly, since being a little on the hill, and back from the beach, it may seem difficult for someone to climb

Open view of Dubrovnik and the sea. Friendly, helpful host with good English. Found a parking space. Good equipment. Even some for the household, coffee, tea, sugar, spices and household chemicals.
More likely something for mobile vacationers. Access only by stairs. 80 steps to the beach. 200 to parking.

One day in Dubrovnik
The apartment has everything you need and even more. Great view from the window. Air conditioners in all rooms. Sterile clean.
210 steps from the apartments to the beach, with a small child and a stroller, it was a challenge. Ants. Very noisy neighbors, music until the morning. Weak internet even for using social networks.

Location (despite over 200 steps to Banje beach) and absolute cleanliness in the apartment.
Despite the fact that he did not rent the apartment on the day of departure, he did not have the opportunity to afford a later departure. (entrance 13:30, exit 10:00). Keep this in mind, because he is firm in his decision, at 9:50 the owner is at the door so you can leave. Refrain from families with strollers and people with disabilities.

Family vacation!
The view was nice. Clean kitchen. The owner came on time. Both couples are friendly.
Perhaps because it had just finished raining, there was a small ant in the room. Stairs are steep and difficult to get to and from.

Normal apartment, but not for winter.
Excellent view and location, next to the old town of Dubrovnik (+ in the summer there is a descent directly to the beach). In general, a fairly spacious apartment to accommodate a family of 4 with all the necessary equipment. Friendly host.
The main complaints are caused by the fact that we stayed there in January, when it was rather cold outside, and the apartment was not particularly prepared for delivery at this time of year. So, the main complaint is cold !!! Each room has an air conditioner, but only one more or less works for heating - in the large bedroom. There is also an underfloor heater in the living room, it helped out, the children slept there, because the room with two beds is cold and the air conditioner does not heat. A heater in the bathroom, in this weather it gives nothing, it's just a dubak. Immediately upon entering the apartment, there is a sharp smell of sewage from the bathroom, but it does not apply to the rooms, most likely in the season when the bathroom is actively used, this smell is absent.

Great alternative in Bol
5 min from the center of Bol and Martinique beach. A new apartment in a quiet area and the owners take great care to keep everything in an impeccable condition.

Nice host, knowledgeable, cultured, interesting, kind, punctual, kind. The apartment is perfectly located! clean, comfortable, spacious, terrace overlooking the sea. Fairy tale!
There is no parking. Plus the owner of the apartment for help in finding a place in a paid parking lot 200 m from the apartment.

Wonderful and with pleasure again.
Very close to the beach and wonderful sea views. But you should also be good at walking, as there are very long stairs leading to the grandstand.
The water heater in the bathroom had significant temperature fluctuations.

Great location for the beach and old town
The friendliness and helpfulness of the owner. The location of the house and the terrace overlooking the sea. The property offers all the necessary amenities.
The shower is either too hot or too cold.
