Cleanliness, dilapidated condition of the apartment. The photos posted on the booking site are not true. For example, one of the bedrooms is very small and has no air conditioning but has a fan !! The apartment description does not indicate that the toilets are not independent from the bathroom! ... As a result, the price is much higher than the service offered.

The accommodation was not well maintained and especially the bathroom was a real disaster! The water pressure in the outdated toilet was too strong, resulting in flooding after each use of the toilet. Other utensils in the bathroom also do not meet the Central European standard. The cupboards in the kitchen had to be cleaned first, so as not to want to think about whether something could be cooked. The mixer in the kitchen was also installed for an amateur, so it swayed all the time. A beautiful terrace with a summer kitchen could be "world class", but for that you need to look after it, not just clean the surface! Plants in feeders should also be watered regularly. The cleanliness of the toilets in the bedrooms is also poor! Depending on the conversion factor (paid in cash in local currency), the amount paid per night was around € 200, which was really big money and I expect to be rewarded accordingly! But the attention that was expected from all fellow travelers (4 people) was only partially fulfilled!

The property is in poor condition and could be renovated.
