Food is very monotonous. The accommodation is far from the beach, it still goes downhill, but I head back to the hotel.

-The gentleman at the Lobby Bar was a bit unpleasant -There was no possibility to take coffee from breakfast to the terrace

The TV and phone could not be used, the air conditioning was too powerful, we could not set it up properly. We had 2 single beds next to each other which kept getting separated. The beach of Crni Molo is 1.2 km away, the path is very steep, it is very difficult with a stroller.

Beaches nearby, very dark interior. A little color would brighten up the room. The view of the courtyard makes you sit down on a busy road when you go out to the balcony.

A lockable garage completes it all. Otherwise, no criticism.

The air conditioner only works when the key is inserted, and it doesn’t work there either, it was 27 degrees in the room, the pool didn’t work in mid-May, the garden was overgrown, the terrace was under our room, music played all day, in the evening the guests sat and laughed on the terrace until deep nights, so there was no sleep, either 27 degrees or the balcony door was open and loud. It was too cold in the breakfast room and it was not possible to eat on the pleasantly warm terrace.

There was nothing to complain about from our side.

We may have been spoiled for visiting other places, but the dinner buffet always has a bit of a canteen and don't expect too much. It was varied and rich. But do not compare with the local cuisine in the restaurant. I can also complain about the high standard, but with the standard, I expect a level of care and maintenance that matches home. In our room, for example, the curtains were jammed in the door and therefore broken, and a heavy load apparently sat on the bedside table and damaged it. No drama, of course, and it doesn't bother me, but if something like that isn't taken care of, the hotel will be destroyed in four or five years. That would be a shame!

Steep descent / ascent to the water

The road from the beach to the hotel is a real struggle, a really steep hill. There is a lot to do with a stroller and a baby

As the path to the beach was very tiring, I would not recommend this hotel to families with small children or elderly people. Our room had a balcony overlooking the main street but it was noisy due to heavy traffic and we only slept with the door closed, for 3 adults our room was a little small, we couldn't fully unpack and sometimes lived out of our suitcases. The dining room was usually terribly crowded and therefore very noisy, breakfast and dinner did not have much variety and it is disappointing that we will no longer be booking half board. As you can see in the photos in the gallery, the Ad Turres hotel had its own dining room, but it was not used. Very sorry.

The hotel is basically close to the coast, as the crow flies, but due to the ascent, it is a bit stressful to get up to the accommodation after a long day. Regardless, both the surroundings and the hotel are beautiful.

The location of the hotel was not comfortable, the 250 meter distance as the crow flies from the coast is a road up a steep mountainside. The city center is approx. It's a 45-minute walk, which also requires you to take the steep path.

The difference in level between the sea and the hotel, which was at least 50-60 meters, was 300m. This was not included in the listing. The beach was littered with trash. The hotel's pool is small compared to the number of rooms.

Far from the beach, you can only get there by car with children, as the trail is very steep.

No kettle in the room, no connected beer keg in the bar - a complete shame, hence the lack of customers.

The supper was even worse, as in the large dining room. There was no restaurant terrace, no umbrellas by the pool. and on the terrace by the bar.

The location is far from the center and the beach. Very small room for three. The cleanliness could be better. It was very noisy at breakfast and the taste could be better too.

Far from the city center there were restaurants nearby, but in the center of Crikvenica there was a much larger and more attractive selection.

The buffet food was a total disaster. Very small selection, everything is neatly arranged, no stickers. Not justified for the price. The staff are quite overwhelmed and not very warm.

First dinner disaster, disorganization, crowds, large restaurant and only one hot food buffet, very long waiting times because the queue was infinitely long, other hotel guests were worried about the queue for food because they actually lived in the same place while waiting ... The rest of the evenings were better organized as there were 2 groups at different times. The first group from 18:30, the second group from 19:30 (the time is indicated on the number card). So not all hotel guests are in the same buzz.

I'll start like this one time ... never again 1. When we arrived, the hotel was closed ... The paper on the front door refers to the OMORIKA hotel, which is about 500 meters away. After the first shock, we went there. We have a decent room ... But it was positive. 2. We always book a hotel with a pool, because my husband does not swim in the sea. The pool was there, but unfortunately it didn’t work because the toilets are being renovated🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ I had to rent sun loungers on the beach where my husband doesn’t swim. 3. Worst food I've ever eaten in a hotel. Tasteless, tasteless, cold ... And no observance of Kovit's measures. People who detail the food without a mask, completely overwhelmed staff and tables that are not cleaned or washed. It's the same with breakfast. One disaster. We left earlier for these reasons.

Location - uphill from the beach, I judge a big minus.

The only disadvantage of the hotel was the way from the beach, where it was necessary to walk quite a bit up the hill :) but this is only a small negative compared to all the pluses that this hotel has :)

Pool path safety

The hotel itself is on a mountain, making it difficult to walk from the beach. The food was good but not varied.

The room we booked on booking.com, unfortunately, was not what we got at the hotel. Photos are pasted from two rooms (larger and smaller). It turns out that the hotel has ONLY 2 rooms with an area of ​​20 m2, the rest are tiny 17 square meters, cramped for 3 people. Here we felt a little cheated by Booking.com

The location of the hotel was disappointing. Very far from the beach, although 500 m, but everything is uphill / downhill, and we always had to go with children. The breakfast offer was very small and disappointing.

There is nothing that we didn't like

Food that is too cold should be used in heated containers. Lack of some essential products even for breakfast. Climb to the hotel like an athlete, the shuttle would be exceptional.

The location is a bit on the outskirts of the village and a very difficult trail (steep climb) from the beach. What really cannot be called a beach. Swim in Selce, there is a sandy beach!

The hotel is on a hill.

At check-in, the staff were a little confused and overwhelmed by where the guests came. Dan the key did not work, the caretaker walked back and forth, and the situation calmed down and cleared up.

Best value for money, very clean and modern. The staff is super nice and friendly ..... the only drawback, the path to the beach is already demanding, especially back 450m, right up the mountain ....
