The breakfast there is highly recommended! There was just so much to choose from. My favorites: pancakes and fresh figs. The hotel is by the sea, quiet place, definitely a clean beach and very clean water. But Brela is not far from dinner. The market is also within walking distance.

The location is just great. Something like this is really unique. The apartment was large, with sea views and a large terrace. Very friendly host family. All the wishes of the guests are fulfilled, everything is simple. We felt very comfortable, like at home. As a guest, you are welcomed just as warmly as if you were part of the family. We are delighted with this stay, we would love to come back and say hello to the family and top staff.

Good breakfast. Nice host and perfect location by the beach. Good daily cleaning of the room. Positive with a fridge in the room and a cozy balcony with a nice view of the sea. Nice beaches just outside the hotel and walking distance to many cozy restaurants. The nearest grocery store and mini-bank was only a 5-minute walk away.

Amazing view from the terrace, very kind staff and attentive to every wish, seaside location. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The breakfast is varied and really satisfies all needs. I can only recommend this place to everyone!

Many thanks to the very, very dear family that runs the hotel! Everyone is very cordial and you feel very welcome from the first minute. The location right on the beach is great, the sea is beautiful and you can walk to the promenade in the city center in 5 minutes. The hotel itself is located in a quiet location in a bay with great views. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired (thank you so much for the delicious pancakes my kids loved :) All in all a perfect holiday and we will definitely be back :)

Liked almost everything! The sea is excellent, the beach is right next to the hotel, the breakfasts are delicious, the pine mountains are all fine. Everything is within walking distance: shops, cafes ... Positive people! everything was great, but we were not lucky with the cleaning in the room. During the week they cleaned it only once. It was unpleasant. But since I like a clean floor, sink, bathroom and toilet, I cleaned it myself. So as not to be nervous again. did not spoil the impression much. A wonderful place to relax. I advise everyone!!!

The attention and friendliness of the hostess and her relatives/staff. Excellent location of the house with unobstructed sea views. Proximity to restaurants and shops. The hostess always tried to fulfill any desire and did not hesitate to carry our luggage with us from the parking lot to the place of residence. For breakfast, we could order scrambled eggs, or scrambled eggs, or pancakes, or something else...everything was implemented. Highly recommended accommodation. 😊

Very well maintained hotel, beautifully located, right on a small beach. Restaurants within walking distance, +/- 5-10 min. Spacious rooms. Tasty breakfast. All in all, very familiar. Brela herself, small but mighty.

Very good welcome, help with luggage, balcony room (54) a bit small but clean and great view! A large dryer for hanging wet swimwear is also handy. A very good buffet breakfast can be served on the terrace a few meters from the sea. You are always asked if you want anything else like scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, pancakes etc. The location right on the beach is great - Brela and Baska Voda are within walking distance. Another big plus is the silence at night! Very nice family of operators!

Family Villa Loznica offers the best holiday experience. From the first minute we felt comfortable: reception - friendly; The rooms are large, clean, very tastefully furnished, large terrace; Location - ideal for water lovers (from the room to the sea in "manual" 90 seconds); Breakfast - fresh, varied, special requests are promptly fulfilled. Without exception, ALL the staff are very friendly. There is plenty of parking and we quickly found a shady spot for our SUPs. The centers of Brela and Baska Voda with many restaurants and some really good food are within a 20-minute walk. Brela's hinterland is ideal for hiking and mountain biking.

Direct location on the waterfront, very nice hosts, very good breakfast, individual wishes were always taken into account.

Great location right on the water

Family hotel Villa Loznica fully met our expectations. The breakfast was excellent - everything your heart desires. Even freshly baked pancakes. :) The staff was also very friendly and available with any questions. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. We'll be back! :-)

The most spectacular is the location. Go down the hotel stairs straight to the beach. The view from the terrace is fantastic. Breakfasts are filling and nutritious. Parking in this town is worth its weight in gold - provided and large. WiFi will satisfy the demanding user.

Great location by the sea, the beach is not too big, but even in high season it was not crowded! Very nice and helpful hosts !!! For which we thank them very much!!! Tasty breakfast, especially Palaczynki and OMLET!!! ;)... Great sea view from the balcony! The air conditioning works flawlessly. There is an elevator, which is also not insignificant! We recommend it 100%!!!

The location is exceptionally beautiful and a few steps lead directly to the beach which is just gorgeous. Family hotel, staff very friendly and polite. We were greeted warmly on arrival and helped with our suitcases. Every day there is breakfast and freshly made Ante pancakes on request :) My husband was served super tasty chopped tomatoes every day. really expensive service. During the day you can enjoy refreshing drinks on the terrace. We spent a wonderful week there and would love to return.

It's in a wonderful location.

We have been going to Break for many years and every time we try different accommodations in the price range. The villa offers modern comforts, is very clean and is in a great location. Very friendly owners provide a nice atmosphere and excellent breakfast. I would definitely recommend this villa to families and couples.

The hosts (owner Ante and his wife, then daughter Jagoda, as well as Marita from the front desk) are extremely hospitable people, who have gone to great lengths to make the stay at Villa Loznica complete. There is definitely Mrs. Nada (the owners call her Kosa) from Omarska, Republika Srpska, who was in charge of cleaning and maintaining the rooms. The breakfast is extremely extensive, there is something for everyone. Continental breakfast, eggs, omelets, hot dogs, sausages, various salads, cheeses, cured meats, healthy breakfast (various cereals), cakes, puddings, pancakes, etc. The location of this facility is exceptional, the view of the sea and the beautiful beach is unique (this is one of the few vacation facilities where there are no trees in front of the balcony obstructing the phenomenal view of the sea). Right in front of the building is a beautiful beach, a couple of others (Berulia, Punta Rata, etc.) are nearby. The center of Brela is a 5-minute walk by the sea. Recommendation for lunch/dinner - the more expensive restaurant Feral (excellent food, you have to wait in line to be seated), the cheaper restaurant Nikolina (the best prices and quite decent food with generous portions). All in all, excellent location, excellent hosts, very friendly, comfortable and cozy facility. After previous visits to Makarska, Baski Voda, Promajna, etc., my personal subjective feeling is that Brela is the most beautiful part of the Makarska Riviera. I've been coming here since 2017, no mistake.

Everything was perfect. We had a modern room with a balcony and a wonderful sea view. The beach is just a few steps away. On the beautiful terrace we could enjoy a rich breakfast every morning with a wonderful view. The perfect start to the day. Villa Loznica offers a pleasant family atmosphere, we felt completely comfortable. All the staff were very nice and always available. There are enough parking spaces available for free. Brela is a truly fabulous place with beautiful water and a beautiful beach. I am absolutely delighted and will definitely be back. Thanks to everyone from Villa Loznica who made this wonderful holiday possible.

The location of the hotel is right by the sea and therefore unique. The breakfast terrace is less than 10 meters from the water. Baska Voda and Brela are within walking distance from the sea. All the beautiful and quieter beaches and coves face Brela, from where you can comfortably walk a few kilometers along the beautifully landscaped promenade. Visiting the cities of Omis and Makarska also adds variety.

Very good care and breakfast selection

We had a wonderful vacation, right on the beach. The staff are really very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, the standard room was small but adequate for a beach holiday :) Great choice of breakfasts, the hotel bar was also open during the day. The beach is also beautiful, there is a little shade. 5 minutes walk to Brela, about 10-15 minutes walk to Baska Voda. Have been to Brela twice before but this is definitely the place I liked the most - will definitely come back! :)

Quite ok breakfast buffet. We stayed for 11 days and perhaps would have liked a little more variety. The location is fantastic right by the sea/beach.

Staff and location. You have a beach at the foot of the hotel, the staff always make sure you are comfortable and you can have a good night's rest because you have no entertainment facilities underneath.

I liked the attention that the hotel staff paid us. I liked the cleanliness in the rooms. The hospitality and brandy that Ante served us every morning. Ante dear, Russians don't drink vodka in the morning! Only out of respect for the owner. Thanks a lot to Maria for the pancakes.

The place is unique. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. Also recommended for short stops (almost to the Brela trail) The staff as well as (the boss) are very friendly and tried very hard. The rooms are very clean. It was like a fairy tale vacation. We will be back !!!

Nice, friendly welcome, welcome drink upon arrival. Private, closed parking lot with enough parking spaces. They helped us with our luggage and escorted us all the way to the room. A bottle of wine and water was waiting for us in the small refrigerator in the room. A wonderful rich breakfast on the terrace overlooking the beach. Family service, fresh pancakes, croissants, omelettes on request... and the coffee was also delicious.

The best location in Brela, literally a few steps to the sea. Peace and quiet. Close to restaurants in both Brela and Baska Voda. Lovely breakfasts and coffee on the lower terrace. Very good private hotel in the center and between two small tourist spots with a direct location on the beach. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The rooms are very new, clean and modern furnished. There are enough parking spaces, eg. Disposal. Beach accessories can be stored in a separate room. During the day and into the evening, drinks can be ordered and enjoyed on the beach terrace for a fee. (Thank you for the many coffees that were given to me!!!!!) The beach terrace is available for hotel guests at any time, ie. Disposal.

The welcome was very warm with a delicious welcome drink. We booked a corner room which was ok for the first night but didn't have a full sea view. For the following nights we rebooked to a higher quality room with a balcony overlooking the sea - excellent! The location was almost unbeatable, there was only the promenade in front of the hotel and then the beach and the sea. The breakfast was also very good, it was nice to sit outside and the service was very attentive.

Everything was perfect - a warm welcome, a beautiful large room and a breathtaking view of the turquoise sea from our terrace. After a very tasty breakfast buffet in a warm atmosphere (daughter got homemade pancakes every morning), we were immediately able to swim in the sea, as the hotel is right on a small beach. We will definitely be back!

The place is really great. The beach is only about 50 steps away. A small bay is really very, very beautiful! The terrace of our studio apartment was huge. There is enough space in the hotel car park. Above is a supermarket. Our room had a dishwasher in the kitchen. The bed was very large and the mattresses were of a really high quality. Last but not least, the entire team, from the doorman to the cleaners, were very, very friendly and helpful.

The most wonderful hotel experience ever. Unfortunately, we only stayed there for 1 night before checking into a nearby hotel, but we were given a very high level of service, and the staff member met us late in the evening, despite the fact that we arrived after the check-in time. The room is lovely, comfortable and clean with amazing sea views from the balcony. The breakfast was great, very varied and tasty, and we were served wonderful coffee, which made us very happy, as we are coffee lovers. From breakfast you go straight to the beach, which is located right in front of the hotel. Small pebbles, clear water. The staff is very polite and friendly. We left with the regret that we could not stay any longer.

Very nice staff, the lady at the reception was very friendly, we often had very nice conversations with her, very helpful which I really appreciate. The breakfast buffet was also very well stocked, wishes were also met. The villa is right on the beach, the location couldn't be better. Baska Voda can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, just like the center of Brela. So many things in close proximity. Ideal for holidays.

A small, cozy hotel on the seashore, not far from the central part of Brela and the port. Clean comfortable rooms. Great host. There is parking. The breakfasts are delicious. The beach is across the walking path in front of the hotel.

The hosts are very nice and very helpful, it is possible to book tables in restaurants. It is also possible to deliver food to the hotel. Daily housekeeping ensures pleasant cleanliness. The location is great, just 20m from the beach which also offers many activities such as parasailing and jet skiing. Near the hotel there are many bars, including hookah bars and bars with live music, as well as restaurants and supermarkets. However, the location of the hotel is very quiet, which is very convenient for a family holiday or just a relaxing holiday. There are parking spaces away from the hotel which makes many things very enjoyable. All rooms with sea view. The hotel also has a wheelchair so you don't have to drag your suitcases. The room was small but good. Modern with air conditioning and a terrace, just beautiful! Check-in is also very pleasant (WARNING: the streets in Brela are narrow, very narrow and steep in places)

Location TOP!!! In the first row by the water, 2 steps from the terrace you are already on the promenade, 2 meters and then the beach :) It is about 300 meters to the center of Brela and to Baska Voda 800. It is here that the quietest beach, no rows of sun loungers, sun all day with several shady places! Very clean beach with pebbles and crystal clear water, swimmers will love it. Free showers on the beach in Brela. The Makarska Mountains pick up a lot of wind from behind, so the surf is not so strong. The family of operators read every wish from your lips, some of them speak German very well and give a lot of advice on excursions, restaurants, etc. all the tips were great! Thank you for this wonderful holiday, we would love to come back :) :) :)
