Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I think it's nice that postcards are sold. Since there were no more stamps, I was offered to take my cards to the post office. I found that very nice and thoughtful! The room was clean and functional. Breakfast was quite good, but not as great as some write here. There was little choice of local produce and the coffee was very weak and tasteless.

If you are staying in Bela, definitely stay here. This place will blow you away. You will gradually fall in love with it and want to come back here again. Old period decoration, the smell of wood, stoneware stairs and marble tiles... Excellent, varied and constantly replenished breakfast - including various homemade cheeses, ham, cottage cheese, honey, jams. The restaurant is available all day until the evening hours. Beautiful views of the sea from the hotel windows. A leisurely walk down the hill to the sea. Above the guesthouse, many stone mazes hidden in vast mysterious forests.

Structure, calm. It was the old Italian police station of the Kingdom of Italy!

Stylish apartment, overnight stay on motorcycle vacation, cozy attic room. The expectation was dreaming. Dinner and breakfast very good. Pleasant owners. The possibility of parking a motorcycle in the pension area.

The accommodation met my expectations. Very tastefully decorated and friendly staff. The place and setting is magical. Ear for breakfast is especially good!!

We were warmly welcomed and given a free room upgrade 🙂. The journey is a little tricky on a single lane winding route, but at the end you will be rewarded with great sea views. Breakfast and dinner were good.

We had a great time at the Tramontana guesthouse. We really liked the family atmosphere and extraordinary atmosphere. You can take fantastic walks directly from the guesthouse.

The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the village of Beli. The building is historical, very beautiful and cozy. Own restaurant highly recommended. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Numerous hiking trails start right outside the hotel.

The breakfast buffet was very varied and rich. The team worked very well together, everything went hand in hand, we did not lack anything, we felt very comfortable. Very friendly and accommodating staff. We wanted everything typical of the country, not a 4-5 ***** hotel and therefore were very satisfied. The food and hospitality was exceptional for half board. Everything was freshly prepared as advertised. On Saturday we even had the pleasure of being part of a jazz evening. In general, we did not find a better guest house.

Very clean and well maintained guesthouse with competent and kind staff, Maria at the front desk was very polite and professional, speaks excellent English, you eat well with good value for money.

The former barracks of the Carabinieri, adapted for a boarding house with an attached good restaurant! Two adjoining rooms with very large and comfortable beds. Clean bathroom even if there is no bidet! Rich and varied breakfast. Very quiet place! Friendly staff.

The meal, breakfast and dinner, was very good, attentive service, local flavors and delicacies. The area is beautiful, forested, mountainous, excellent for hiking. Beli was an island of peace and quiet.

Very personal accommodation with charm. The room was small but adequate. There are several hiking trails in the immediate area that are also well signposted. To get to the beach you need a car. The restaurant is recommended.

Warm, informal, family atmosphere. Great importance is attached to harmony with nature. The rooms are original and lovingly decorated. The air conditioner has a "healthy" function, so it can be left on overnight (with the windows closed).

Accommodation in a beautiful building with an interesting history, the rooms are stylishly furnished and provide comfortable accommodation. The staff is very helpful and friendly, we really enjoyed the local specialties in the restaurant. At the time of our vacation (end of May) there were very few tourists in Bela and it was the peace we were looking for. In the vicinity there are possibilities for excursions and two clean pebble beaches.

This is a special place to relax, an oasis in a secluded natural paradise! Those who love silence and hiking are just right here. In the forests and desert villages of Tramuntana, a special atmosphere reigned in May (very shady, despite the heat). Many rocky and rural trails are fairly well marked. The whole house (historic building) with beautiful wooden floors has been lovingly renovated and is comfortable. Very nice terrace and conservatory overlooking picturesque Beli; there were even real works of art in the room, it was light and friendly. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent, enriched with fresh produce from the (organic) garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful and approached in person.

The location is very good, you can't hear anything from the restaurant on the top floor. The building itself is impressive, inside the doors and many details. The rooms themselves are very nicely furnished. We enjoyed breakfast. Price/performance is ok. From time to time you could see vultures, it was great. A bit far from the beach, but okay. If you want silence, take not a bay near the campsite, but one or two bays further. Many hiking trails start from the hotel. cave, abandoned village..... Very good team! We would like to return!!!

We had a great time. The breakfast was very good, offering a variety of good quality products. The staff of the pension is very helpful and gave us good advice on excursions. I would love to retire.

Quiet stay Breakfast View Staff (especially in the morning)

Very nice reception by Nina (?) Used 2 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is upstairs and open until late at night. Rooms and terraces with beautiful views of Beli village. Access to the parking of the small beach of Beli. Away from the big tourist crowds of the south of the island. Great vacation.

Tramontana is located in a wonderful natural environment. (free from mass tourism) The room/bathroom was clean, cleaned, towels were changed, the room offers a wonderful view of the village, sea and mountains. Friendly, kind staff with good food. Organized by the pension, we could see the vultures' nesting place by motorboat, Hvala ti Nina! :) Excellent for those who like to hike, nature lovers, and not only want to bathe, Calm and quiet place, crystal clear sea, the view of untouched nature is amazing:) The beach has a buffet, kayak/sup rental, and diving. We can get to Bel through a winding and narrow serpentine road, but a breathtaking view unfolds in front of us on the road, a real medieval village. you can see a medieval stone road, a Roman bridge, narrow streets with alleys, steep rock walls, picturesque bays, olive forests, sheep...

We were in Beli for 5 days and were able to start our day with a relaxing al fresco breakfast. The staff tried very hard, the food was excellent and everything (boat tours/vulture tour) was perfect for a great stay. Sounds like a family postcard, but it's true. We'll be back.

The room was nice, the staff are very nice, the breakfast is delicious and the food in the house is also very tasty. The location is a bit quirky, but that's what makes it so inviting - it's pleasantly quiet.

Surprisingly, the boarding house offers a change of scenery and is not in the village, but a little isolated. Separate entrance to the bedrooms. Excellent breakfast, good and plentiful for all tastes, pleasant environment. The menu has even been translated into French, especially for us. He will undoubtedly stay.

Wonderful hiking trails, fantastic beach, many lonely villages, almost no cars, but even more so sheep and cats. We had half board and we highly recommend the food! Everything is fresh and homemade. Tramontana is a fabulous guesthouse with a soul. Excellent varied breakfast, great cuisine and a team that leaves nothing to be desired. You lose the sense of a guest and become part of this open family. The guesthouse is very quiet and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Great breakfast and room and view

Accommodation in an old building with Mediterranean flair (high ceilings, wooden floors, shutters). There is no air conditioning, but the fan worked well. At the restaurant you can eat delicious food and admire the beautiful view of Beli from the terrace. Some hikes start from the hotel and you can buy a hiking map at the reception. At night, you can hear the chirping of crickets, the calls of owls and the bleating of sheep - something for nature lovers.

The accommodation rises above the small town of Beli with stunning sea and mountain views. Overall a very laid back and relaxed atmosphere. The cuisine is also very good, the breakfast buffet is plentiful and varied. Directly from the apartment, you can go on various hiking trails in the mountains or visit the nearby Griffon Vulture Centre.

Simple pension, the restaurant is normal and cheap, the fish is great. There are only 3 restaurants including Tramontana and the beach. Nice staff, prices for rooms in the high season are quite high, the beach is quite crowded, but the second beach is probably one of the quietest and most beautiful on the island. Best of all are the gardens/forests along the road to Tramontana/Beli, and also between the beaches, magically unreal, enchanting, but almost nobody cares.

A very good guesthouse in Beli, which can be reached by car and a couple of kilometers from the beach. Very good restaurant. Friendly and hospitable staff.

The guesthouse is a warm and friendly place, well located just outside the pretty village of Beli with stunning views. It is a quiet place in the heart of nature (you can see a lot of semi-wild sheep) and is ideal as a starting point to visit the rest of the island. Therefore, I highly recommend a private car to be able to discover Cres, Ossor... (because that's not counting public transport!). The staff is very friendly and attentive. The professionalism of Adriano is noted, who helped us a lot in organizing our trip thanks to his wise advice. In addition, we really enjoyed the meeting with the catering staff. You can enjoy good food and hearty breakfast accompanied by the kindness of the chef.
