There were no indoor finches. The beach does not invite you to swim because the dark sand and boats do not make it clean.

We arrived an hour earlier, the room was not ready. We actually expected this too. However, this is not a standard for 5 * hotels, when the administration will inform you about the possibilities of changing rooms, using the pool and Wi-Fi only after repeated requests and inquiries. No water, no drinks - always until 15:00. After we got a little angry, we were allowed to pour water at the bar. The room was not ready until 3:20 pm, even after we asked again - then we were finally able to move into the room at around 3:30 pm. The room itself (suite) is getting old, there were juices or water in the wooden desserts. Furniture - well ... There was no luggage in the room, as usual, I had to look for it first. The sofa bed was not prepared for our son, we had to persuade him to do it twice in 3 hours. In fact, it was the worst - an old, sagging 3 cm thick mattress on a spring bar. I had to remove the mattress and put it on the floor, otherwise he would not be able to sleep. After we had to remove the sheet - we also saw the mattress - stained, dirty - just awful. Deposit at the front desk - "Thanks for the tip" - they didn't want to do more for us. The price of almost 800 euros per night, including full board, is absolutely overpriced and simply does not fit this category.

We are pointed to the breakfast buffet, but it happened in just one day. The room was cleaned very late, after 14:00, and was also very shallow. The food is plentiful, but the price does not reach, for example, the breakfast of the day when there was no buffet, was 34 thousand colones. In general, I think the previous one is superior in quality, this is compared to other hotels I have been to, where even the room is larger and at a lower price.

No lift

After we checked out and paid the submitted invoice, the next day they credited an additional mini bar invoice. I have requested more information via email, but they have not responded yet. The staff needs more professionalism, it is obvious that they are still a little amateur in dealing with the client. They were never unpleasant, on the contrary, but always inappropriate. They insist on displaying the various prices in the table in USD and then invoicing / detailing each item in the columns (on the final invoice). It is very unpleasant, since the client has to constantly double-check.

Food cost is high

Too many kids with rude parents in common areas.
