The hotel is excellent, super comfortable, clean, the lady who manages or owns it super attentive to the call, tells you the entry and exit system and the location of the parking lot. The room is super comfortable, the linen smelled super delicious and the bathroom very clean.
It is somewhat far from the central square and tourist area.

The hotel is very well located, near the bus terminal and the central square of Villa de Leyva. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and with spectacular views, as well as having hot water; stage. Mrs. Milena is very kind, attentive and helpful; In addition to advising you super well about the places you can visit. Give me my point of view, I recommend it 100/10 👌

Quite comfortable!
The room with the hydromassage tub was supremely comfortable and comfortable 10 out of 10. The cleanliness, impeccable, the location is good since even being several blocks from the central square, it is easy to access and exit. Although it does not have a 24-hour receptionist, having a key to the front door was a sufficient solution.
We liked everything, the only thing was that we had no option to access hot water to make tea or coffee (nothing serious or that could not be solved), everything was impeccable. Perhaps adding a kettle to the rooms would help a lot.

Very good place at a comfortable price
Very good attention from the hostess. The facilities were very clean, very well maintained and the house is very close to the main square, which makes commuting short. It is also in a quiet area, so there is no noise. A plus is that it has a good parking lot in front.

Uma good attention but at a very high cost
The cleaning is super good, the spacious room, the parking service is key in Villa de Leyva, the kindness of Mrs. Milena is incredible.
Bad price/benefit ratio. We pay more than 400,000 pesos a night for a hotel and a room that would easily cost 150,000 maximum. Parking is in a paddock in front of the hotel. you can hear all the noise from the street and from neighboring rooms

Recommended for sleeping, not as an experience.
I liked that it was clean, had water and electricity service, which were acceptable. Close to the square, about 5-10 minutes walk, close to the terminal. If you are just looking for a place to sleep, this is the place. It is quiet, clean and not very expensive.
The WiFi is lousy. Between rooms you can hear what happens in other rooms. There is no way to buy a bottle of water within the site. The attention is intermittent, but they are very friendly.

The bed in the room we stayed in was very comfortable. Also, we had some food that needed refrigeration and the hostess was very kind to keep it in her freezer so it wouldn't go bad. The balconies are very beautiful, a perfect corner to have coffee in the morning or read.
The parking lot is an open space, and the car is completely on its own, not covered, which causes some distrust. However, the limited space is understandable given that this is a colonial city.

Cozy hotel in Villa de Leyva
Excellent service, very clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet area at night for relaxing. Although it's not on the main square, it's only a few streets away and the town is quiet and safe.
These may include more room service such as minibars and food sales.

We really liked the hotel, Milena was very kind in her attention. It would be great if they offered breakfast. The room is very comfortable, the beds are very good, the location is very good, everything is close by.
Perhaps the TV is too small for the room we chose for 4 people and put it in front of the children's beds, that is, the parents see almost nothing on the TV. It would be possible to put a double bed in front of the TV or have a larger TV that the whole family could watch.

Basic room and poor cleaning for a very high price
The staff that served us was very friendly. There was permanent drinking water in the lobby. The town is very beautiful.
For a room of 300,000 pesos a night much more is expected, the bathroom was dirty, the floor was dirty, there were animals in the bathroom, the room only had a bed and 1 nightstand, it did not have a table to put things on, not even a trash can garbage, the mattress was not comfortable, and in the bathroom there was no hand towel or shower exit mat. The television did not work for us because the signal did not enter. A completely basic room, and terrible cleaning. The parking lot is a neglected lot, there was a ditch in which we fell and the administrator told us that many cars fell there; We found it terrible that if it's happened to them before, they haven't done anything to fix it. They abuse the prices of the rooms for being New Year, but I have stayed in this city in cheaper hotels and in better conditions and that include breakfast. Here, there was no breakfast or coffee station.

The hotel is basic, ok, but considering how much it costs, the value for money leaves a lot to be desired.

Professionalism is a habit that is acquired when the most important thing in your business is your clients. The reception was fatal due to a recommendation we made to the administrator. We have had bad experiences with cleaning lately and we note that please pay attention to cleaning with a lot of education. The administrator took it personally and got into a childish position, as if we were attacking her. The place is amazing, comfortable and very clean. The attention and reception of suggestions leaves much to be desired.

Excellent attention, service and location
Milena's understanding of everything (we arrived late and she made sure we were perfectly fine from the moment we arrived), her kindness and attention. The room and bathroom are spacious, the price is great, it's 2 blocks from the terminal, 3 from tourist sites and 4 from the square.
Everything was great as a suggestion...breakfast can be provided at an additional cost.

The convenience and comfort offered by the site is unique, the rooms are excellent, those unique beds, and everything that has to do with tranquility. I love all.
Some complain about the location, but the truth is that nothing is far away in VdL, in fact, there is a bus station 2 blocks away and another main square where you can find cheap things!

Everything was great, the place is very clean and creates a great atmosphere. The bed is supremely comfortable and the pillows are a delight. I'm thinking of buying one like this. The only thing was that hot water didn't come when I wanted to use the jacuzzi, but there was always hot water, so this was an isolated incident and maybe just bad luck. I would come back as many times as possible. I already recommend it.
