The location of the hotel is very good, beautiful beach and very beautiful setting.
When we arrived we were given a musty and very unwelcoming room and then moved to a very nice room. Before our arrival I tried to contact the hotel but they never answered my calls or messages.
The site is good. You hardly hear traffic on the highway. The staff are very friendly but they are overwhelmed.
There were only 2 employees who looked after everything. I was the only guest. The food leaves much to be desired.

The location of the hotel is excellent, the staff is well trained.
We were not given the room we expected, as suggested by Booking, the water is very poor, the breakfasts are poor and we had the inconvenience of a poorly cooked hamburger. In addition to the above, the tours offered by the hotel have an additional cost of 200% on the actual cost, which is a very offensive practice towards customers.
