Swimming pool and wellness area is in need of renovation and does not meet expectations (e.g. low water depth in the pool and high water temperature - maybe good for small children)

Always great.
It is always excellent to stay at the Sheraton. The buffet breakfast has many options and is fresh. To rest the rooms are quiet, clean and very comfortable.

Good Hotel, Sheraton standard
Gentlemen Sheraton Bogota, I just want to highlight the delicate and detailed attention, cordiality, kindness and always good disposition and willingness to satisfy all our requirements, during the stay. They made the experience at the Sheraton Bogota something special and hard to forget. I congratulate and encourage each one of them to follow the same path: 10th floor Club lunch staff: Room service waiter, Mr. Ángel Rodriguez, Mr. Jesson Gusman, Mr. Fabian Eraso and cook Sta. Paola Alarcón. To the spa staff: Sta. María Alejandra Espinal and Jeimy Bustos. In reception to the bellboy Jhon. To all of them, thank you very much.
The only thing to improve and take care of in the 10th floor lunch club, there were days when the food services were very good, but notoriously deficient in quantity and variety on Saturday and Sunday. Perhaps because there were fewer passengers, but it couldn't happen for this hotel. I got to eat something at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday and there was nothing left. The waiter had to ask for a refund and a plate with a few things arrived, for four passengers who arrived at that time. Careful with that!!!

very comfortable little stay
Very comfortable and clean hotel. The staff is very friendly and attentive to what you need, they have free transport to and from the airport. It includes a very varied and rich breakfast at different times, as well as a restaurant and a few more outside.
It is not located in the tourist area and due to traffic in Bogotá it can take a long time, but it is close to the airport and there are several restaurants nearby.

When the airline just dropped us off at the airport, I was approached by staff to adjust the price, which we really liked.
I didn't find the breakfast buffet that appealing, it lacked organization and dedication / unfortunately the windows are also not fully airtight, direct plane noise can be heard very clearly which is a shame / air conditioning in the lobby makes any stay uncomfortable, drafts from all corners / The inside restaurant in the lobby is very small and the tables are still under air conditioning / Unfortunately I had to pay $60 for cancellation because I was not informed that the price adjustment had nothing to do with the booking (although I have a public copy of the reservation ). an hour after checking in, I was advised to cancel the booking through Booking, but due to the time it was no longer possible ... if I had been warned earlier, this would not have happened

Good experience
Very friendly hotel staff, always attentive to any concern, as well as the staff of the associated restaurants. Very spacious room and Wi-Fi very fast with no drops. The gym and heated pool are very good and hygienic.
Sometimes the cleaners did their job very conditionally, without a standard.

Nice getaway for work trips
Very nice room, very comfortable hotel and very friendly staff. The value for money is excellent, I think many foreigners will find most things very cheap.
Perhaps the hotel lobby is a little dated and could be improved, but nothing major.

The attention of the staff is very good, it is clean and the jogging tracks in front of the pool are pleasant. the pool is open for quite a few hours so you can enjoy it unlike other hotels that only open it for a short time.
Really compare this hotel with others and book a jacuzzi in it, but the jacuzzi is not working, there is no water in it and it was never reported, we were left with a big disappointment.

Sheraton Bogotá is a great option!

The presence of the pool, location, breakfast, in general, everything corresponds. Proximity to the airport gives you peace of mind not only on arrival but also on departure. knowing that traffic won't be a problem to arrive on time. Just 15 minutes from the airport.
Some information about the collection needs to be corrected. I was told that on the ground floor between gates 1 and 2, the second lane would be the shuttle to the hotel, and in fact it was on the 2nd floor. We asked and luckily someone told us that there was a hotel transfer service waiting there. Otherwise we would wait in vain.

Very nice stay
The location is great and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is very helpful and the breakfast was delicious.
The TV channels in the room were extremely limited with only about 20 channels available.

High cost performance, moderate location, good service attitude of staff, clean and tidy rooms, free airport shuttle bus every half hour, hotel taxi price is moderate. There are a few good restaurants to choose from near the hotel, and the nearest mall is about a 15 minute walk.
The sprinkler in the shower room 🚿 has very little and slow water output, and the water returns slowly.

I have been a customer of your hotel for more than ten years and it is unpleasant to face such a situation after a long trip. I hope that this situation does not happen again, I will return to the hotel, as I cannot judge the good treatment of the rest of the staff by one person. 50% of customers stop visiting due to poor attention from one of their employees.

I personally didn't like my dish too much, the salad was bitter, the chicken had skin, the dish came with french fries which I don't like and I wasn't given any other option. Expect the best flavors from such an excellent hotel!

Large rooms well equipped. Rich breakfast. Coronavirus measures are in place. Super comfy beds and friendly staff who offered free late check out as a small reward for the long wait at the airport.
Pick up at the airport is frustratingly long. Had to wait 30 minutes to pick up. Only one wellness lounger in the pool area. Some of the rooms are outdated, some of the inventory is damaged, which is just old.
