Convenience and comfort

Ending the holidays in Bogota
Excellent location, 2 blocks from the Gold Museum, 4 from Simón Bolívar Park and from there very close to the Fernando Botero Museum, crossing the path of the environmental axis. Full historic center. The excellent attention, they provide you with information and arrange the hiring of tours and transportation to wherever you want, with great kindness. It is worth hiring breakfast, although it is not a buffet, it is correct and sufficient.

Wonderful holiday
What I liked the most was the excellent attention from the staff, the comfort of the room, the central location, the delicious and varied breakfast buffet.
I couldn't adjust the force intensity of the water in the shower, but it didn't feel bad either.

Ideal

Very comfortable hotel close to the historic center
The best hotel in the area. It does not have heating but they give you blankets like thermals and that helps a lot with the cold. It also has hot water. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. It has the basics and it is enough. I loved it I recommend it
The breakfast is very poor and if you go down at 7:45 am onwards, you can't find half of the things anymore. The entire line of coffee and chocolate is terrible, but just below there is a Juan Valdés, more delicious. The other issue is the entrance and exit of the hotel, especially at night. It seems to me that if they could put a security from 6 pm until 12 midnight or a little more that would help the security of the guests, it has lighting but at night they should put more light and cameras, that is, it can be solved...

Exceeding my expectations.
The hotel is beautiful and modern, the rooms are large, the mattresses are very comfortable, the location is great. Highly recommended.
They just don't have a cooling/heating device, everything else is super good.

It would be nice if there was mineral water in the fridge and a jug of water for making coffee, and also if another decaffeinated coffee capsule could be available at no extra cost and a snack, it could be whole grain crackers for breakfast, as check-in at the hotel for certain travel reasons is made in the early morning hours.

The best hotel in Candelaria.
I liked everything, price, amenities, staff, room, but highlighting the location, close to everything, easy for taxis and lots of security.
That I didn't have food in the room, only the breakfast buffet.

The view from the window is not on the mountain side, but on the other side, and the building in front of you makes the room very dark.

Location in the historical center, proximity to places to eat, places of interest such as the Museum of Gold, Plaza de Bolívar, Chorro de Quevedo, Cerro de Montserrat and more. As well as the value for money I was looking for.
A door opening theme that sometimes lasts for a while. But this is something that can be improved.

Beautiful Bogota and the perfect bicentennial hotel to discover it
great breakfast, we didn't have it included but its price was reasonable. The location was ideal for city tours. The help and friendliness of the hotel staff is second to none.

The truth is that it doesn't occur to me... If only they could increase their customer service a bit with more kindness and courtesy (see if they have them, but in my opinion they are a bit lacking to be excellent) I think they would be extraordinary!!!

The location, you can walk to several museums, the historical center, restaurants and other tourist attractions, they are very close. Very good attention to help us resolve doubts and request transport. Cozy room with a place for things and the possibility of darkening the room at night. clean rooms
Good breakfast but we would like to try some of the Colombian sweets. There is some noise from the corridors. For me the bed was a bit firmer than I would have liked, for my husband it was very good.

It was very good but lacked amenities such as shower caps, air conditioning, mouthwash, cream and bar drinks.

I didn't have a shower cap or air conditioner. Having the reception on the 3rd floor is a measure that puts guests at risk because it takes 10 or 15 minutes while they open; guests are exposed with suitcases, briefcases with computers or other personal items. Although I have never entertained myself, I believe that the lack of reception at the First Floor increases the risk for those of us who stay there.

Good value hotel
The hotel staff is pleasant, helpful and attentive to customers. Our room (2 double beds) was clean, spacious, with storage space and great views of Montserrat. A special mention to the breakfast which is good, varied, changed every day and plentiful. The hotel is well located near the Candelaria area and Montserrat. Restaurants and bars nearby.
Bathroom that deserves a little renovation to be a bit more modern. The insulation of the building should be reviewed because you can hear noise from outside (cars, buses), but this does not prevent you from sleeping even people who are light sleepers.

Ideal location for visiting the Candelaria area and close to Montserrat. Nice staff, very good breakfast buffet, comfortable bed, hot water, bags can be left there after check out.
The room is a bit damp in the morning, not a problem for one or two nights of travel!

spacious rooms. good view of Montserrat and part of La Candelaria. the location is perfect, it is 5 minutes walk from la candelaria but in a safer area and about 15 minutes walk from the Montserrat ticket office.
In general, everything is quite good. Perhaps our room was not well insulated from traffic noise and that was a bit annoying. we were on the 6th floor.

The best option in the historical center
Very good location for walking around the historical center of Bogotá. Our room had a very nice view of the hills, very comfortable beds. The second time I choose a hotel of this chain; the atmosphere is modern and the room has many amenities which are much appreciated. I have not seen another similar hotel in the area, so I recommend it for a stay in the historical center.
The plumbing had some issues and there was no way to regulate the water coming out of the shower. Really small things, overall the stay was very good.

The room was very clean with good lighting, perfect bed, spotless bathroom. The hotel is 6 blocks from Bolivar Square. This is the perfect place to explore Bogotá during a short stay.
The breakfast could have been better and more varied, there were scrambled eggs, bread, fruit and waffles (they weren't great).
