Location. great breakfast. very helpful staff. comfortable and modern rooms
noise. impossible to sleep the music is heard from nearby rooms and from the hallway. they lack tightness in windows and doors

WE ARE VERY SATISFIED.
Excellent service and excellent conditions.
The only bad thing is that there is a nightclub opposite and on weekends they don’t let you sleep well.

Impressive breakfast and attention was WAO, unbeatable location, very, very comfortable rooms and very nice decoration.
It has only 2 lifts, very few for the number of rooms, few staff in the reception area, cleaning of the rooms was not the best, on the last day we ran out of toilet paper and the towels were not changed.

when I entered they didn't help me with two rooms on the El Niño floor
I didn't like that I asked for two rooms and they didn't give them to me on the El Niño floor.

Experience could be better
I must emphasize that it is located in a good location, the food is good and the attention of the restaurant both at night and at breakfast is very pleasant.
Not getting the room booked as well as attention when checking out at dawn, it was not the best experience for the person in charge. Without sympathy and very arrogantly he answers. Bad experience.

Nice hotel with good gym and good service
The room was very comfortable, the facilities are good and the staff is very friendly. The atmosphere of the brunch and the bar at the top of the hotel was very good.
Our room had occasional noise (like bar music) from outside but nothing major. It would be nice if the check out time was a little longer.

The service was very good and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
There was no restaurant service, no room service, day or night. The smell from the pillows was strange.
