A really great place! Very close to metro and main attractions. Also nearby are supermarkets and various restaurants. It was not difficult for me to find the structure, as the place was very clearly described.
Cleaning. The apartment was a little dirty and the sheets didn't look very fresh.

Very good location (city center and 2 minutes from the metro), average infrastructure.
The kindness of the person at the front desk, even if the communication was not easy (speaks only Chinese) The presence of a washing machine
reads too much. Not always a response from the owner. We asked to place 2 rooms next to each other (my husband and my kids joined me a few days after my arrival) and we were not even placed on the same floor (although there are rooms next to each other) The presence of a hob and a microwave oven, as described, but a completely empty cabinet (no pot, no knife, no glass, or nothing).

The internet is poor and cannot be used, there is no breakfast, and there is no tool to clean the toilet.

The apartment is large, the bathroom is large with a washing machine. Very good.
A bit tricky to find, but the directions are pretty good.

Disappointing
Near the metro. The lady at the front desk, although she doesn't speak English, goes out of her way and is helpful.
The hotel does not accept international credit cards, contrary to what is stated on the booking site. You have to guess that the entrance to the building is from the back of the street. An uncomfortable bed.

About housing only negative impressions.
Only good location.
Didn't like everything except the location. Among other things, they refused to accept payments with a Visa card, only either with a Chinese card or in cash, although the Booking website indicated the possibility of paying with a Visa card. The rest can be seen in the photo.

Fine
Apartment-style housing is fine in the short term. The location is very good, from the Zhangfuyuan subway station. It is behind the Bank of Communications building. There are convenience stores nearby. And it is very convenient to walk or ride to Xinjiekou business district and Mingwalang Food Street. It is also convenient to go to Confucius Temple.
The refrigerator should be cleaned regularly, it has a little smell.

Disappointment
The water heater runs out of hot water halfway through washing. If another person wants to wash again, it will take a long time and the air conditioner is not hot.
