Recommended, I would go back.
Location, very complete breakfast, bed, sheets, view, attention from the staff, spaciousness of the room, good personal regulation of the temperature of the room.
Poor provision of shampoo, soap. Low water pressure in the shower and sink.

The staff is excellent, always cordial, very attentive, the room service excellent, the breakfast chef in regards to the cakes, lemon pie and all sweet things a 10 out of 10 my congratulations!!!!! A cold stay.
The breakfast was very complete and varied, with fresh products.
The little deference of the staff. Our room had an unplugged bar fridge in the closet that didn't work. They left the windows open for 3 days and spiders got in. We were going for our honeymoon and there was not even any attention as they do in hotels.

Very friendly attention and staff, very good and varied breakfast, good and spacious beds. Remarkable hotel service.
The only thing is that the room notoriously does not have all its solid walls and being a family hotel you could hear the family next door. Not something excessive either but if there was something that would improve it would be that.

Excellent place for Puerto Varas
The staff was quite friendly. We arrived early and were given access to the buffet breakfast as a courtesy and an early check in. They were always quite attentive and helpful. When we wanted to take some tours, the reception gave us all the facilities.
I think everything was pretty good, however I would have liked their bar to be open a little later.

Clean, bathroom without air extraction. The room we were given on the second floor had a view of a hair salon. We complained and they moved us to the fifth floor with a clear view of the lake and the volcano.

By far the best thing about it is the location!! It is steps from the center and the best restaurants.
The room had a desk type table that was too low, almost child-like. It was also placed in a sector of the room where there were no plugs, but we rearranged it (we moved the sofa to the table), and everything was solved.

Very strange system of having to notify or call to set breakfast time the day before. When a person is in sleep mode, it is very rare to set a wake up time. (On the 2nd evening, Saturday, we got a call and were told that on Sunday we could only go at 7 or 8 am.)

To improve a couple of things: there are no trash cans in the room, the one in the bathroom is very small, they must be replaced, there is no mirror in the room, there are no larger trash cans in the dining room, there are no instructions for the use of masks, gloves to use the utensils, the second day when having breakfast there were too many people to have breakfast, there was no access control, I mention this because one must sign up for the next day and in this way it does not make sense, there is no access control to the dining room, I think There are no parking spaces.

A very pleasant and comfortable stay.
The room was spacious, it had everything you need, comfortable bed, good storage closet. The breakfast was very rich and varied, the attention was very good. The location is unbeatable as it is close to the center, you only need to walk a couple of blocks, but the place where the hotel is located is quiet, not very noisy.
We had problems with the heating in the room because the thermostat didn't seem to work well, it was very hot at times. Only this did not prevent us from being comfortable, just a detail.

The room is very nice, comfortable, spacious and quiet. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom has everything you need as well as a very good toilet. Full and very rich and varied breakfast.
Everything is good from the accommodation. The service in the kitchen is average, the food is not very good and they do not make snacks to order, such as pisco soul. It's nice to stay at the hotel overnight but they should have a better bar and food.

Very good location. Quiet area with good environment. The breakfast is very good and varied. Without a doubt one of the best moments. The room is very comfortable, cozy and well soundproofed.
Rooms should give more independence to guests. In this aspect, it is inconvenient not to have at least one teapot, cup, glass and plate before being able to consume something. The room should also have a table that could be used as a desk or for a more relaxed meal.

Due to Covid restrictions, you can only spend 45 minutes at breakfast, which is short. The good thing is that they let you take what you can't eat to your room. There was no trash can in the room. There was only one in the bathroom.

Although the breakfast is plentiful, we thought it was time to include lighter alternatives (there was fruit, but the only porridge available was pure sugar). There was also no alternative given the food restrictions (celiac disease, vegans, lactose intolerance). I'm not saying they stuff stuff but skimmed milk, another almond and/or lactose free, healthy cereal and gluten free cookies or bread and they do it...just like other hotels in the same category. already accepted. The room we had on the second floor had only a bedside table, so I had nowhere to leave my things, including my cell phone, which had to be charged on the floor, away from the bed. Despite the fact that we were out all day, at night the TV in the room was very old, without internet, and therefore it was impossible to watch movies. Satellite TV problems.

Although the staff is friendly, there is a lack of communication with the client. When I made the reservation they told me that breakfast was in the room, when I arrived they only asked me to confirm the breakfast time and nobody told us that we had to go to the lounge to have breakfast... I had to call to ask. On the other hand, the hydromassage tub did not work, this being the differentiating element to choose the hotel and that room, if I had known that it was bad, I would go to another room or hotel :/

The staff is very attentive and kind. Very good breakfast, as is the menu of your restaurant. Very nice view from the rooms.
Cleaning, breakfast trays, which were brought into the room, remain in the corridors for a long time. When we arrived in the afternoon, the ones that had been in the morning were there and they were taken away the other day.
