An exquisite hotel in the lake region of southern Chile
The warmth of the staff, especially Paula, but applicable to all the reception staff, maids, dining room even the chef. The exquisite details of the hotel. Excellent breakfast and meals. The food that they prepared for us. The location in the center of El Frutillar and one block from the lake. The comfort of the facilities. Parking at the hotel itself. The spa.

little breakfast, there is only one bathroom per apartment and it is not enough for 4 adults, there is a lack of implementation (microwave, crockery, kitchen towels, wastebaskets, utensils in general) and it is halfway between a cabin and a hotel room, cleaning service should last a couple of hours (one goes to rest and it takes time to get four people up and have breakfast with a single bathroom)

We were impressed by the beautiful gardens, the very good attention from Paula in particular, who received us and her owner, the impeccable breakfast and 100% jacuzzi, a good and central location a few steps from the lake and the lake theater, blocks from the German colonial museum, 100 % recommended, of the hotels we have known far away this is one of the best, 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The attention of the staff was warm and efficient. They welcomed us with great kindness and the best vibes!
a whistle of cold air in the window above the head of the bed (easy to fix with a weather stripping!) I turned the mattress over. On the other hand, noises and conversations from other rooms can be heard a lot!

Wonderful hotel
Indeed, everything. The staff is very friendly, they gave us recommendations of the place, they gave us breakfast and even some souvenirs. The aesthetics of the place are so beautiful that I wanted to photograph everything. The facilities are very comfortable, we rent an apartment which is perfect for families as you can cook and they are fully equipped. Extra credit for the jacuzzi which adds a fabulous touch to the stay. I will definitely be back, I fell in love with Frutillar

They offer a spa, with a series of options to be carried out, but it is not true. Call the spa, they send me a message that they are busy. After a while I call again, I ask for a massage, he doesn't answer. I put hours when I could in my application. He did not answer me, until I sent another message, again he leaves me without an answer, and after a long time he tells me that it may be at a time when he had already said that he could not, that is, he did not even read my request. In the end he told me that they had no staff for massages, apparently they had to find someone. That's too bad. At reception they ignored the problem, saying that the spa was separate. But you don't have to understand that. The other detail is that they do NOT ensure parking, I know it is complex, but they should have an alternative. Well, to say that they are those and if there is more car it has to stay anywhere is not optimal, perhaps an alternative place in periods of high demand

The shower in the bathroom is uncomfortable, water falls everywhere and the shower door did not close well. It would be good to modernize the showers, for example a waterfall shower and for the key to be at the entrance of the shower so as not to get wet when you open it while waiting for the water to heat up.

A good hotel, apparently reconstructed from the previous infrastructure, there is not much to write about, everything is correct, it just seemed to me that the owner or manager at some point went into the dining room and violated her comments, I personally don’t like it, this is my own kind of relationship like they say it's rare for me but it was, they have to stay in their state behind the scenes making sure everything works well, their presence with guests is not required, this is similar to what happened with me several times in Pucon and other places , which I visited, especially in restaurants: who visited us, in the middle of lunch or dinner, they came up to the table, asking how you were doing ... what to tell him ... that everything is in order, but how many of us at that moment will tell them that there are problems, ,, the food spoils even more, if there are inconveniences, I think that these consultations are unnecessary.

This is one of the nicest buildings in the area, it is very well looked after, we found this place beautiful, the staff were very friendly and provided us with all the information we needed to stay. Breakfast and overall very good service, we will definitely stay here again.
Being very picky the only thing we think can be improved is the parking which is on public roads, the area looks safe but still cannot be trusted

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is beautiful and the staff is very friendly (especially the girls at the reception are also friendly. The cleaners did not say hello). But this is also the second time I've heard them speak and the snoring from another room is not something excessive but something that could perhaps be improved upon. The breakfast is gourmet but the food they offer on the menu is reheated. Too high prices for reheated food.

The location is a few steps from the lake and restaurants, the inner garden and a beautiful view from the window, the comfort of the rooms and breakfasts (although the portions of the kitchen could be more).
I understand that they have to work with a small amount of staff, but this meant that they gave us a bit of flexibility for breakfast and room cleaning, it's not ideal for relaxing, I think they could improve that aspect.

1- Emphasize the breakfast offered, well varied and typical of the area. 2- The staff is very willing to help you with anything or anything you need. I have never seen a bad face. 3- The hotel has a very good location, in Frutillar Bajo, 1 block from the lake. 4- Pretty good COVID 19 protocol.
1- We did not like the poor soundproofing with other adjacent rooms. (I think you could invest in improving this, especially if you're going with the idea of relaxing or getting away from the noise of the city. 2- The cleaners seemed new or poorly trained. We had some issues. It's extremely important to maintain good protocol in front of guests.

We came to Bicycle from a tiring trip and we loved it! Central, which was attended by its owners Andrea and Frederic, who last night treated us to pumpkin soup and a lit fireplace, and in the morning had breakfast in bed with eggs, kuchen and homemade jam. Bad soundproofing. This is terrible. You can feel the noise of the upper floor and neighboring rooms. Bathroom: Defective silicone seal (water came out). Shower door lock failure. Pretty small bathroom.

The location is excellent, close to the museum, theater, beach, craft fairs and places to eat. Comfortable, spacious and impeccable room and very friendly staff.
When we arrived we had to wait a few minutes because the room was not ready.

Ideal for a couple
The quality of the rooms and the breakfast is very good. The location in Frutillaer bajo is preferable, even though it does not have a view of the lake. The staff is also very attentive.
Although everything went very well, the price is also quite high, therefore it is the corresponding thing; perhaps I would have liked a larger bathroom.
