Even though the check-in time was written as 14:00, it was 17:30. After that, the luggage arrived at the room around 19:00! Not even room service is completely useless for a luxury hotel.

Wellness area appalling, value for money bad

The SPA which seems a little small to me, we took advantage of it out of season and already, a lot of people. The breakfast buffet is good without being exceptional, we expect better for the displayed standard of the hotel.

That the pool was out of service... it should be noted that they offered to use the pool located at the Hilton hotel... only with the cold weather it was difficult to go swimming and return to your room across the street.

They clean and make your room and bathroom every three days, not daily. I have never come across any 5-star hotel that did not make your room daily. What less than not having to arrive from skiing in the afternoon and start making beds! We had to specifically ask reception to make our rooms every day. Daily cleaning is included in the price of all hotels, at least in this category. The rooms are generally a bit small, and the kitchenette was literally at the foot of the bed. Instead of a television or a picture, you have the appliances and the sink of decoration when you get into bed.

The air conditioner in the room is loud and noisy. The heating is not enough. I wake up cold in the middle of the night. The quilt is not clean and there is mud on it

Terrible service, they never made my room in 7 days, the price of our stay was very expensive. The worst relation between quality of service and price.

They don't clean your room, and for the price of the room/night…. should be included

There are several layers of bedding, which is inconvenient to pull and not very comfortable to use
