Pleasant hotel, especially with children or teenagers
a beautiful property on the shores of Georgian Bay. Pleasant beach with canoe and paddle in free access. Excellent breakfast in a nice establishment.
Room a bit dated but there are different buildings.

Beautiful hotel with room for improvement.
The location and the newly renovated bathroom. better suited for families with children than for couples who come to relax.
not everything in the room was renovated. There was quite a bit of overdue maintenance. The cupboard door spontaneously fell out and the window did not open properly. There is no manual at all for the air conditioning and the gas fireplace. The restaurant was too full, resulting in very long waiting times. And there is no lift and we had to climb a lot of stairs to reach our room. Bad reception by reception.

Never again
The quiet location on the lake with free use of canoes, boards, sun loungers on the beach.
Very dated hotel. Is very remote. Little to do / see in the area.

Great location, good facilities and breakfast.
The location on the lake with its own beach is 1A. Breakfast is good and the breakfast room is superb with large windows overlooking the lake. The sun loungers on the beach are new, stable, comfortable and free.
When we arrived there was a power outage and no one could say how long it would last. As a result, the computers didn't work and the cleaning staff didn't have power for the vacuum cleaners. For these reasons, the check-in was delayed by a few hours. Here you should think about the purchase of an emergency power generator. The air conditioners are probably not the newest and could be quieter.

First impression mediocre, turned out to be different than expected, and what a pleasure we had there!
The resort was beautifully situated in nature, on a lake with beautiful views and good bathing water. See below about the appearance of the park; it reminded us a bit of the movie Dirty Dancing, that doctor's family on vacation, with the same kind of scenes (ladies in the pool doing gymnastics led by the instructor on the side). Add to that a hefty receptionist who manages to name 40 "do's and don'ts" in 30 seconds on arrival and the picture is complete. With that image in mind, we had a lot of fun in this resort and when we got home we immediately caught the movie.
On the outside the whole thing gave the impression of being somewhat on the decline . However, the interior of the houses is gradually being renovated, and we received a renovated house ...., so just fine inside. In our house, however, a mistake was made regarding a connecting door to the neighboring house that offered insufficient shielding against light and sound, which is still being addressed.
