Good airport hotel, clean, nice staff and great airport shuttle.
A clean, functional hotel near the airport with free breakfast from 6am and an airport shuttle. It met our expectations and was good for exactly those purposes.
The accessibility and location of the hotel is not good, but it is convenient to and from the airport.

Short stay so far ok.
We think it's great that it's a dog-friendly hotel. The rooms were well furnished and clean. Staff super friendly. Breakfast was ok.
Upon arrival, the waste bin in front of the door was already overflowing. The scrambled eggs for breakfast really couldn't be beat. At $350 a night the breakfast needs to be better.

Great location, great room
very nice location, close to train to center. fine spacious room
The shuttle to the airport was limited. The breakfast was a bit disappointing although the homemade waffles were delicious!

I liked the location and the rooms which were well equipped
I did not like the 1st day because we had to take the 2 rooms at 3 p.m. but finally the 2nd room was not ready until 5 p.m.

Very decent.
Full breakfast to bring in a box. It was okay. Really close to Vancouver airport. The staff was very friendly.
Clump of hair that didn't belong to me found in the bathroom.

Used for 3 days and 2 nights to take a corona test for departure from Canada
The staff, the bathtub, the location, the breakfast provided, and the rich welcome drink. Everything was great. What I was most pleased with was the prompt response to my questions before my stay. I'm really thankful to you! In addition, if there is a relationship, I will use it by all means.
While I was staying in the room, I found a few strands of hair, which is really very small. However, I think that it can not be helped because it was probably caught in the gap of the room from the mop during cleaning, or it was attached to the wall that is easy to stick. Overall it was clean and I had a great time! thank you.

We have rarely stayed overnight in a hotel where we have received such good service and the breakfast was superb.
