the cute room in the attic, the extreme kindness of the hosts, very good bedding

The kindness of the owner, the originality of the place, a beautiful and large garden, relaxation, barbecue. Good latte coffee offered by the owner as an addition. Only two bedrooms, so more quiet and comfortable.

Maybe the good things first: Danika, our hostess, was very helpful and friendly. We could have used the whole garden with 2 barbecues etc which we didn't as it wasn't quite warm. She brought us extra lobster scissors and plates that we would have bought! Then the not-so-good stuff: the housing is actually a converted attic that just isn't finished. In addition, it is a rather messy workshop, bricolage in French. The bathroom and toilet are separated from the rest by wooden walls about 1.5 meters high and a curtain. The bathroom/shower is not finished, you have to somehow choke yourself with a curtain (not so easy for those who are no longer 20-30) - see photos. There is a very small kitchenette but no cooking utensils but with a microwave, bread warmer, toaster and coffee maker. The bed is ok but not too big for two people (think 140cm wide). View from the kitchen to the neighbor's rusty tin roof. In addition, everything is located on the 2nd floor and leads up a rather steep staircase. Shoes are not allowed to enter the house, so climbing these stairs in socks is not easy. (Especially going down with 17 kg suitcases!). However, we find that this room has a very good potential when it is completed and the insulation wool will no longer show through the walls. Unfortunately, it's still a long way off, and until then, we'll be avoiding this converted chicken coop.

The owner is very welcoming, approachable and so kind and endowed with extraordinary talent, she has made this former chicken coop a magnificent, warm and cozy home in every way, both inside and out. It is a paradise for the eyes and the heart. Thank you so much.

The host's welcome, small additions and concern for people's well-being are without a doubt what sets this establishment apart from others. To add to the experience, there are gardens and landscaping that invite you to relax!!! Proximity of access to St. Lawrence Bay and its sunsets!

The owner is very welcoming, outdoor facilities are available (fireplace, barbecue, sun loungers and games).

The space is large, well equipped, the bed is comfortable, the host is charming. If the weather were good, we would enjoy beautiful gardens. Very close to a supermarket.
