the reserved room overlooked a busy and congested boulevard. This led us to change rooms. The absence of double glazing which would be necessary given the very noisy location is surprising.

The person who did the 'check-in' and 'check-out' spoke only English. No one explained to us how the elevator worked. It seems that we have to show our room 'key' in front of a magic eye to be able to go up.

Some equipment was missing: - drinking glasses; -shower cap; - no washcloths; - no bathrobes; -It would be practical if your refrigerators were equipped with a cold store... we brought ice packs and we couldn't keep them frozen.

Nothing everything was fine

There are no window panes or wine glasses in the rooms. If you have a number on the boule decari side, you can bring plugs if you have a fragile dream. If not, ask for the garden side.

A bit far from Old Montreal, paid parking and breakfast not included.

Too close to the highway

The pool needs a good wash for such an establishment. I believe that love is not redefining a white tower with a big ring of dirt.

- When we arrived, we had black hair in bed! (Very noticeable in a white bed!) - The pillows are too soft! - Also, we asked us to clean our room on Saturday, but that was not done ... we were told that this was not checked in the system and that the cleaning ladies were very busy ... so I asked for extra towels and I had to call the front desk again where I was told they were very busy and finally they brought them to me after 1 hour! - Too many rooms for small staff ... 11 floors of rooms, at least 25 rooms per floor and only 2 administrators! - There is no way to rent movies! - Bathroom door that only slides (not locking) and there is a day between the door and the wall (so if you get close you will see a person sitting in the toilet !! Not very romantic ...) - The pool is too small for the number of people that the hotel can accommodate! - Carpets in the bedrooms ... In short, the hotel opened in 2021 is a bit disappointing!

The person at the front desk gave me a key saying that we would have a great view of the St. Joseph's Oratory, in the room we have a view of the wall, which is very disappointing. Ask for glass goblets to grab a glass of wine and beer and the only thing that a glass of coffee in a cardboard can provide us is very ordinary

It's not much, but we stayed 2 nights and since there was no one in our room (I assume due to COVID-19) we didn't have a fraction of coffee and shampoo.

Chips for beds, no access to the pool, unhelpful staff, no shelter, no way to get new towels ... Very disappointed ....
