the reserved room overlooked a busy and congested boulevard. This led us to change rooms. The absence of double glazing which would be necessary given the very noisy location is surprising.
We wanted a hotel room near the CHU de Sainte-Justine so that we could leave very early in the morning. It was 10 minutes away! That's wonderful! The room was really nice and the bed very comfortable. We were on the 10th floor and the view was really too good! :)
The person who did the 'check-in' and 'check-out' spoke only English. No one explained to us how the elevator worked. It seems that we have to show our room 'key' in front of a magic eye to be able to go up.
The location was superb and the view from my room on the 11th floor over the highway at night was spectacular.

An excellent hotel, which is unfortunately showing its age and has a high renovation backlog. Very good and quiet location, great lobby hall, excellent breakfast.
Carpets and room furnishings worn, very small bathroom.
The employees are really friendly. Abigail lent me her personal umbrella when she saw that there were no umbrellas in the hotel to borrow !!!!
