Acceptable
Spacious room, comfortable bed. Perfect WiFi.
The bathroom was very dirty, the shower was not washed, it was full of fungus and the shower handle was broken. Fridge didn't work, TV didn't work either. There was cobwebs in the closet. Although it has a good location as it is opposite Pub Street, on the other hand if you want to rest at night it is not possible as the noise doesn't stop until 6am and you can hear everything in the rooms. even noise from other rooms and corridor.

Good location - but book without breakfast!
Large, comfortable room. TV with many international channels. Small but pleasant pool, half of which is in the shade from midday, so you can swim during the day. In close proximity to restaurants and a shopping mile ...
The breakfast was really BAD! No choice and unsanitary ...

Pleasant
Good location, close to pub street and many cafes, supermarkets, tourist offices. Big enough clean pool. Normal breakfasts.
I booked a suite with a terrace on the booking site, and we were given a different room upon check-in. And they tried to prove to me that this is the same one. Then they agreed that yes, the number was different and returned the difference in money. I would have known that it would turn out that way, I would have chosen another hotel. When we arrived, there was someone's wet towel in the closet, it was never removed in 3 days, although the staff was told about it. In general, the room is rather shabby, everything is much better in the photographs.

There are not many types of breakfast but it is still rich. The waiters are very polite. The room is clean and comfortable

Good location but poor service.
Beds are ok. Pillow No.
Bad soundproofing. musty smell Very bad breakfast. There is no gel, and they do not replace toilet paper.

Astonishing
Spacious room, good beds. Cleaned neatly every day The pool is a great place to relax with lovely beds. Staff very friendly Breakfast good but basic Location relative to Pub Street perfect We extended our stay 2 nights 😃

Clean hotel, well located and warm welcome!
Reception of staff and availability of the latter. They were very helpful and attentive. The hotel itself was clean and the rooms comfortable. The place is well located for walking at any time of the day or night.
The presence of small cockroaches in the bathroom.

Reception was very polite but no cocktail as usual at the front desk. the size of the rooms was very pleasant, the beds are well presented
the bathroom is out of service, the air conditioner is not serviced, for this shower it was quite difficult with a shower that flows slowly, there was no dust in the room, the air conditioning filters were not maintained, so it was impossible to turn on the air conditioning without getting sick, we noticed it too late, my 1 year old daughter sick

great sim reap but this hotel is very average
airport shuttle is chargeable, contrary to what is said about the hotel services, it is not free cleaning is done in a hurry, some sides of the room are dirty
