We loved everything. The room was large and sunny. The bathroom had a walk-in shower and was comfortable. There is a warm connection to the pool and spa center. The breakfast was good. There were 7 types of combinations. Around the hotel was the most attractive part of Zlatograd. The staff is very attentive to the guests and very responsive. Hygiene is at a good level.

The breakfast was excellent and had everything we needed. The location of the hotel is perfect, and the Ethnographic Complex is unique for the country and for Europe. We liked the peace and comfort of the hotel, the indoor pool and spa area, the service at the reception and in the restaurant.

The staff is friendly. The location is in the old town and is ideal for walking. The room is large and spacious, but taking a shower with your shower screen closed is a challenge.

The complex is located near the old part of the city. It has everything you need for a pleasant and relaxing family holiday, especially if it is on a weekday. During the week, breakfast is chosen from a pre-prepared menu, and on weekends it is a buffet (there are more vacationers). The pool is wonderful, the staff at a level. We would love to visit the complex again!

The breakfast was good, the evening menu could have been better even though it was all-you-can-eat. There was no suitable food for young children on the evening menu.

Nice warm pool, kind receptionist with kind gesture on leaving. Spacious room in country style. The hotel has a unique spirit - it recreates the charm of the Renaissance houses while offering modern spa facilities. There are many interesting places to visit in the area - Thracian sanctuaries, rock landmarks.

The hotel has a wonderful architecture, a very good spa center, the pool was clean and pleasantly warm, the food is extremely tasty and at normal prices. We were a friendly company and had a great time, very good orchestra with live music, Rhodope bagpipes. Will definitely visit again!

The breakfast was very good, home cooked food, environmentally friendly. The restaurant offered for lunch and dinner very tasty food at normal prices. The staff is kind and attentive. It is very clean and new in the rooms.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and very cozy. The staff is nice and kind. The location is very convenient but not very quiet as it is on a main road. The check-in is not very organized, since the reception is at a distance from the hotel and it is a bit unclear where exactly the entrance is and where one should actually check-in. After being told there was a large car park, there really wasn't. Even if the hotel was not very full, there were no parking spaces. The hotel part is huge, and everything else is small (parking lot, outdoor pool, spa center). It is necessary to cross a street to reach the complex's restaurant. Despite all the small flaws, the place is very nice and we would definitely go again.

The breakfast was nice, on a block table, the standard things /eggs, yellow cheese, cheese, sausages, fried slices, sausages, sausages, water, tea, coffee from a vending machine/. The complex is located in a very quiet place in the old part of the city .The staff is smiling and ready to help. The pool is clean, the spa area is good.

Great location. Parking spaces near the hotel. Well maintained and clean hotel. Nice beds. Friendly and helpful staff. A restaurant serving breakfast and good food is located across the river, about 100 meters from the hotel, right on the grounds of the ethnographic museum complex. A beautiful new pedestrian bridge was built to connect.

The place is very clean and cozy, the staff friendly and competent. The cuisine in the restaurant is at an excellent level. The water in the pool was pleasantly warm, we also benefited from a massage which was professional. We will certainly visit Alexander SPA Complex again!

In general - I have no complaints, the good thing is that there was a choice at breakfast, the location of the complex is excellent with a view of the old city and the atmosphere in the room and the hotel is very good.

Had wine in the reception along with the room, that was very good, the location was perfect and the view from the room fantastic! Also the staff was helpful.

A nice family hotel, with a good location and a very good spa. The service staff is smiling and kind. The restaurants of Aleksandrovi houses have great feasts at good prices.

The hotel is great - clean, cozy with a view of the ethnographic part of the city and is a combination of modern and household furnishings. The staff is responsive and friendly, available at all times. A great opportunity is the availability of the two pools (outdoor and indoor) and the various types of spa treatments. Breakfast can be chosen from a sample menu, is made on the spot and is very tasty.
