very helpful and friendly service. Breakfast is not booked, anyway everything arranged so that you can have breakfast. very positive
good for 1 night on the way
breakfast is not great
Perfect location, 24/7 access, friendly and cordial attitude of the staff to the guests. Highly recommend :)
Only the location. At the far end of the city park. Very convenient location if you came for a tennis tournament. :-) The courts are 10 meters away. Despite our terrible stay, I can only say good things about the receptionist, Mrs. N. Zhelyazkova, who was the only one of the staff who tried to reduce our negative impressions of the stay at this hotel.
1. We specially made a reservation for a room with a bedroom. We were given a room with 2 beds. They moved us to another room (number 210) with a small and barely opening window. There was an unpleasant smell and the room could not be ventilated. On the first morning, the staff, who had settled down to drink coffee under our window, woke us up at 07:00, with their stories about incidents from their lives and being and with their grandiose plans for the Saturday day. I had to go down to make a remark to them. In the evening, the owner of the hotel had organized a drunken gathering with dances and songs from the Balkan region. The staff was kind enough to warn us that this could go on until 02:00-03:00 in the morning, so we had to move to another room after we had already gone to bed. So in 2 days we had to change 3 rooms. 2. Although the hotel is relatively new, the equipment inside is worn or broken. The locks on 2 of the rooms were broken and had to be locked to keep the doors closed. They promised to fix them in …. Monday (and it was Friday only Friday). Some of the accessories in the bathroom were broken and were laying on the ground. The wardrobe door was also broken and almost fell on my head. There were only 2 hangers in the cupboards (good thing we brought hangers from Sofia). There was a display case between the bathroom and the bedroom. The metal blinds on it were twisted, so that from the bedroom one could observe, which, perhaps, is not convenient for everyone, what the person is doing in the bathroom and toilet. 3. There was no internet upon arrival. They told us the problem was with my phone. Our other 6 devices also lacked internet. We had to call the provider. It turned out that the hotel had not paid its internet bill. We agreed that "this happens often". After the advent of the Internet, it was at the speed of dial-up. On the third floor of the hotel - there was no internet at all.
The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The price was too high for what was offered.
Breakfast was a complete travesty.
Nothing
Everything
Stayed in a hotel for 1 day, was transiting through Bulgaria. The room is cozy, clean, there were hygiene products, a hair dryer, and drinking water. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The room was very warm, the bed was comfortable. There is a large parking lot. They spoke in English. It is possible to pay by card. Nice girl at the reception, made coffee late in the evening, when the restaurant was no longer open, and also for free🙏 Google map leads to the hotel itself. Breakfast was included in the price of accommodation, the portion is normal, you can fill up or have a good snack. Thank you for a good rest after a long journey.
Everything is great, the only small minus is that they served a cold boiled egg for breakfast🤷
Was considered as a transit hotel upon return to Odessa Ukraine
Dirty room, cobwebs on the windows, a huge number of ants that climbed where the cookies were in the room. Ants in the bathroom. The room was poorly cleaned after other guests. (linen was left in the closet) There is no refrigerator in the room. old furniture. Not a tasty breakfast. I do not recommend this hotel.
In general, I liked it. Good location, after a 15-minute walk through a beautiful park, you get to the central square. The room is cozy, large and bright, with huge windows. Well furnished. The room was generally clean, although there were other people's things in the closet and the blanket (in the closet) was crumpled.
Breakfast could have been a little better.
Cozy clean rooms. Friendly staff. There is a park nearby. Nice restaurant. Photos are in line with expectations. In general, everything is fine, I advise you to visit.
There is no way to pay by phone. Some rooms have a sewer smell.
Excellent location, silence and cleanliness.
The breakfast is a poor attempt at a buffet - staples. There was no variety.
The hotel has a great location, at the beginning of a huge beautiful park. The hotel itself is nice and has all the amenities. The staff is very helpful.
We liked everything.
I liked the proximity to the beautiful park and pedestrian zone of the city. The room was very spacious and so was the bathroom. Had breakfast which wasn't the best but still did the trick. In general, for one evening it is a suitable place.
The hotel is located at the edge of the city park. On one side is a swampy water area, and on the other a sports ground, where there was a rock concert in the evening. The POS terminal was not working.
Everything was good for the price. The promised river view was a lie. We have a room overlooking the park and parking, which was not very nice. In the evening, there was an open-air theater in the park, and it was very noisy from the open window. Later we also saw the river from the hotel - difficult to describe, just sickening. It's good that we did not have a view of the river ...
The studio we requested was replaced with an apartment - the assessment is only for it, we did not have access to the studio! The same is spacious, large and comfortable. Wide and tall rooms. Huge bedroom and living room, super bathroom with bathtub. One of the two air conditioners is NEW. There is a widescreen TV, a decently comfortable sofa with a large table. Lots of cupboards and drawers. There is a hairdryer, an iron can be taken. Responsive and friendly staff.
They could not provide a disposable shoe and slippers. Very bad Wi-Fi signal, we tested 3 y's and things were downright bad... The air conditioner in the living room is too small for this cubic capacity. The other in the bedroom is under all criticism - it just blows and that's it. The remote is only for on/off. The shower and the handset could not be used - they were totally in need of repair. Also, the lighting there is very dim. No contacts at nodal locations. The 21st century is absurd! A mini fridge (at least for some ice and a cold drink) is clearly not a priority in this apartment. There are no BLACKOUT curtains, the curtains there are more or less arranged to have some. The hanger bars in the wardrobe fall without a problem every time you reach for a garment. The windows only open "scissors". If you want more air - no chance. In the morning it turned out that the small road that passes between the hotel and the river is like a main boulevard. Do not sleep with open windows. All walls of the apartment are external. The breakfast is very simple and ordinary. We expected more... Apparently, the hotel sometimes has nervous, old and angry guests who are disturbed by speech and music between 19:00 and 21:00 on Saturday evenings.
breakfast was ok - very spacious room and bathroom - restaurant next to the hotel - large parking
Very friendly staff especially Jerry. The location is relatively central. The equipment and hotel are new. Despite a few not-so-good things, probably the best hotel in Yambol.
That the hall and corridors are not equipped with air conditioning. That the door of the most expensive booked room did not close properly and it was necessary not only to pull, but also to lock from the inside. That there is only one drain in the shower floor. Don't say there is a curb that can flood your bathroom if you shower for an extended period of time. That the curtains are narrower than the windows and therefore a complete darkening of the room is impossible. Mosquitoes. An incredible number of noisy frogs at night and ravens during the day.
location, comfort in the hotel
no such thing
Very clean and cozy. The staff is extremely friendly. Dinner - delicious.
The air conditioner in one room was not working and one of us had to be moved to another room. The breakfast did not meet our expectations.
THE NUMBER STICKER WAS NOT MADE DURING MY STAY, SERVICE AND LITTLE PROFESSIONAL STAFF, THE CREDIT CARD DOES NOT WORK AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT, AND Unfortunately, I PAYED IN CASH ONLY WHAT IS MORE THAN CASH.
Convenient parking, large room, beautiful view
Good location, very good cleanliness, friendly staff (especially in the restaurant)
Air conditioning only blows cold, the heating does not work.
Everything was very good
I have no comments
The hotel is in a very quiet and peaceful place at the end of the park. The staff is friendly, the interior of the rooms is simple and pleasant, with comfortable beds and pillows. Great place to stay on a business trip!
The hotel is located in a quiet and calm area and the employees are very pleasant
Fantastic young female receptionist who enthusiastically loves her country. Gave good local advice and very helpful. Assisted with a room change when I realized it was a twin room and we preferred a double. No complaints at all. Park-hotel a great stay in a good location.
Everything was amazing!
there is no
Vsichko
The rooms lack a terrace, there is no bathing cap and breakfast is only inside and you have to carry utensils if you want to have breakfast outside
The hotel is new. The beds are comfortable and it's clean.
Breakfast and coffee are terrible to say the least.
The hotel looks new with nice colors. convenient parking.
Located outside the city (do you need a car or a taxi?). The windows do not open completely. There is no balcony. The pond in front of the hotel was full of rubbish and algae, it looked like a dump, a young man from the hotel told us that there was a thunderstorm ... HUM, SIC ... This is an abomination, unworthy of a hotel. On the other hand, it is better; it overlooks a section of the park (with a dilapidated house in front of us). The bathroom is a mystery, there is little light, the opening shutters allow you to see better (but you can also be seen in the toilets and in the shower ...) there is no shower partition, so between the bathroom and the dressing room there is a shower in another corner, you have to walk naked, because everything will be wet. Nothing to put in 2 toiletry bags (edge of the sink ...). There was no penne in the lock on the door, but the boy also told us it was Sunday, so ... are we still given a room that can only be locked when the hotel is not full ??? the restaurant is a nightmare and the poor young waitress doesn't know anything about it (at least between a laptop and a card game with a friend ....) Breakfast is bad.
