Great city hotel
It is located in a very communicative place - in the very center, but in a quiet street. The double bed is extra large, two adults and one child can comfortably sleep. Given the season, it was pleasantly warm in the hotel without additional heating. There are several breakfast options to choose from.
The room was a bit dusty.

Wonderful. Any small inconvenience is compensated by the beautiful city
It is located in the ideal city center. It is easy to find a parking space (which is generally a problem for the center of Tarnovo). Peaceful and quiet place. A spacious enough room, clean, a bit dark, but it had a balcony. Great breakfast, with a choice. Very good price-quality ratio.
The girl at the front desk: it would be nice if she didn't look so bored. It is not a crime to smile; and "good day" and "goodbye" are more than welcome when you work in a hotel.

Nice, but below expectations. Maybe in summer or spring the city reveals itself in a different way.
Breakfast to choose from 5 proposed menus. Quiet, warm room, spacious bathroom, large closet, smoking is not allowed in this hotel. Relatively close to Cetatea Tarilor (30 minutes walk without stopping to take pictures or anything else), near restaurants with good food (I recommend EGO1) and shops. For coffee-based dishes, I recommend "23", it's a cafe located on the main street and open from the early hours of the morning until late at night.
With the map, we were a bit confused. The hotel is on a street parallel to the main road, next to a building under construction, say the hotel staff (it is the building of a former hotel and half of the building was demolished and something else is being built). We went in December and were somewhat disappointed. The weather did not cooperate with us and the city looks desolate in some areas, even on the main road. At the Ilozi Museum I had higher expectations following the evaluations on various websites, but I went up to the top floor and up to the last level I only stayed 30 minutes. Just a few more special "illusions". I didn't go to the Wax Museum because I went to Arbanasi village. But disappointment here too: no pointers to what you can visit. Therefore, we took a walk along some small streets to see if we could find something to visit.

An interesting experience in a city where investments in restoration are made slowly.
Warm, hospitable atmosphere, friendly staff, room, bathroom, bedding, all very clean. The breakfast was ok.
If the TV remote control could be changed. :)

The beautiful scenery. Very good food.
Breakfast quite filling. The hotel is located very close to the center. Very nice staff. Every day they changed the towels and cleaned the rooms.
You had no parking space. Park where you can find a free space. The shower didn't have a window, so after you showered you couldn't enter the bathroom for a while until the water drained, the floor was full of water.

PLEASANT
The hotel is located very close to the center. Quiet. Comfortable and large beds. We felt good because that was the purpose of the vacation!
The bathroom does not have a shower cabin. The furniture is a bit outdated. I stayed 3 nights and they didn't enter the room even once to clean/change towels/toilet paper (I bought from DM). They do not have private parking. Breakfast not very varied. Wi-fi on the 3rd floor - full signal but of poor quality.

Very pleasant stay
Centrally located, close to the tourist spots, on the border of the old and the new town. At a 5-7 minute leisurely walk are the locations recommended for dining. Gurco street starts right from the hotel. In 7 minutes you reach the Asenevit Monument and in 20-25 minutes you reach the Tszaravets fortress. Price quality very good. Clean and comfortable hotel, top notch reception staff.

You can park on the street, it has a dining room, it is located in the old town, the staff is very kind.
They don't have a shower cabin, the whole bathroom gets splashed when you wash.

The stay was pleasant and too short!😅
The fact that the location is close to the center is an advantage, the room was welcoming and clean, the staff friendly.
The only drawback was the fact that the shower is not separated from the rest of the bathroom and all the water from the shower spreads everywhere and there is a risk of slipping, because it does not dry very quickly.

Veliko Tarnovo at the beginning of September
The hotel is located in the central area, it is chic and of very good quality. In fact, the whole old center of the city impresses the tourist with a state of relaxation. The rooms equipped with everything necessary, with a French balcony, and the fact that the shower is located directly in the bathroom (without a shower cabin) did not seem like an impediment to us. The bathroom dries quickly after showering. Then, I read angry reviews of some tourists about the 'poor' breakfast. Yes, it's not a Swedish buffet, but a set menu in about five choices, enough I'd say. We were satisfied. The hotel has only two free parking spaces, but there are solutions in the area. We paid a leva per hour and asked the girls at the reception to text for parking. By the way, 10 for the reception and breakfast girls. Of all the feat. You talk and behave civilly, you get what you give. We felt perfect. Thank you!
If there was something I could mention as a minus, it would be that the TV cannot be turned on/off from the remote control or button, but directly from inserting/removing the plug from the socket. Room 203.

Veliko Tarnovo is a beautiful and active city.
The hotel has a very good location and cordial and helpful staff. It is clean and comfortable. Room quite small but ok for one person. Breakfast ok.
On the first floor, where my room was, there was very poor wifi, which was quite a challenge, because it was a business stay.

As close to perfect as possible
The location of the hotel is very good. The hotel staff did an excellent job and the service was top notch. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The breakfast included in the room rate was delicious.
The only downside I can point to is that the bulb on one of the lamps in the room was burnt out. Such things (burnt light bulbs, functioning appliances, etc.) should be checked every time before a new guest settles in the room.

Very good quality-price ratio!
The hotel is located close to the center, in a quiet area. I benefited from free parking. The beds are very large and comfortable. The hotel is chic.
The cleaning in the room can be done with more attention, the bathrooms do not have shower cabins, the rooms are small, the breakfast is not very varied.

Very good location. We only stayed one night and wanted to visit the Tsarevets fortress. I walked there. Very good restaurants in the area. Very good breakfast at the hotel too.

The right place in Veliko Tarnovo
This is the right hotel, well located, comfortable. Good value for money.
The breakfast could be improved and I was not amused by the falling water shower system in the bathroom. But for a couple of nights it doesn't matter.

Very good hotel for the money
Hospitable and attentive staff, daily cleaning, snow-white and high-quality bed linen, always fresh, clean and fragrant towels, cozy and quiet room, there are absolutely no extraneous unpleasant odors. There are grocery stores nearby. Diagonally across the road is a very good cafe "Vkusoteria". All attractions within walking distance. The hotel is located on the border between the old and new parts of the city.
The carpet on the floor is already worn and needs a thorough cleaning. It would be nice to give guests disposable slippers.

Nice place to visit Veliko Tarnovo
The reception is very good (many thanks to the nice young man who helped me find the bus station to go to Plovdiv, it was very nice that I found time for this). Thanks also for the 2 apples left in the room: a little attention that made me happy! The room is large, pleasant, well equipped and the hotel is well located. I recommend.

It's close to the old town area and there are many restaurants and supermarkets around.
There is no partition between the shower and the toilet (toilet seat), so the toilet seat gets soaked after the shower.

Friendly staff, in a very convenient location, neat and clean hotel. Breakfast was simple but delicious. The staff was kind and smiling. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. If I'm back in town, I'd love to stay there again.

If you decide to go to Veliko Tarnovo, do not hesitate to stay here. Very nice and quiet place.
Good location of the hotel near the transport that you can catch back to go home. The sights of the city are also at short distances which is an advantage. the staff is at the level and very responsive when I asked him about something. The breakfast was delicious.

A great hotel with a great location!
The location of the hotel is great - close to the center, but at the same time on a quiet and peaceful street. The staff is responsive and smiling! I had concerns about cleanliness and hygiene, especially during COVID-19, but the hotel exceeded my expectations - all the staff were wearing protective masks and gloves, social distancing, everything was cleaned regularly! There was a choice of breakfast which was fresh and tasty. The room had everything we needed, including a hair dryer, shoe cleaning wipes, sewing supplies. We had a great time, will definitely stay there again next time we go!

Ideally located hotel, between the old town and the center. Very clean and very pleasant room. Very friendly staff. Possibility of car parking next to the hotel. A small minus: be careful with breakfast, some products are paid extra and are not included in the breakfast formula (for example, hot chocolate). The price is not too high, but the lady who serves orders did not specify it. So a little surprise when you check out.
