Excellent location, a few minutes from the beach, private parking, varied breakfast, very kind staff and, last but not least, a truly "pet friendly" location (I was with a large dog for which we were not charged any tax and had access including in the restaurant).

Quality breakfast; varied and for all tastes; the location is close to the beach (3-4 min). I had a problem in the bathroom, I announced it and it was solved immediately, while we were away at the beach; Extremely kind staff, you can converse in English, true professionals. The parking is only for hotel guests and I had no problem.

Everything was top notch. I would definitely return to Lotus. Very kind staff, big room, clean, good location, close to the beach. Breakfast is a Swedish buffet. Although there are the same options every morning, it is quite diverse. The coffee at the bar is good (espresso, not ness from the machine). You choose dinner from the restaurant menu and have dishes for all tastes. Personally, it suits me better than "push the tray", A big plus for the staff in the restaurant who are always smiling and the service is fast. Although it is rated with 3 stars, it is above other 4-star hotels that I have been to on the Bulgarian coast. For sure, if I ever get to Sunny Beach again, Hotel Lotus will be the choice!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Lotus Hotel! Here you can relax, the atmosphere is cozy, clean, delicious varied breakfasts, a cozy restaurant on site, very nice staff. Special thanks to Lyudmila from the reception for good advice and professionalism! We will gladly come again!

The breakfast is varied and good. The apartment I booked is large but poorly located, being on the SW corner of the hotel, on the side of the street that is very busy and with a terrace where the Artistic Program ends after midnight. very noisy room!!!! The hotel is clean and welcoming.

The hotel is well positioned, close to the beach. It has a restaurant where you can find good dishes, the service being exceptionally good. Also, the blonde receptionist very kind, attentive to our needs. The 2-room apartment I stayed in is very spacious, it has a large terrace with 2 armchairs. Parking is free, barrier-free access. Wifi rather weak in the rooms, good in the restaurant.

The staff at the restaurant were extremely friendly. We liked the treatment of our pet. Also that there is free parking in front of the hotel and you can be calm about your car. The beach is 5 minutes from the hotel. Breakfast was at a buffet - varied, tasty and in sufficient quantity. The position in front of the beach is very good. The rooms are large, cool, comfortable. I liked the sincere and kind administrators (Lyudmila, Vika and Deya), always ready to help. I liked the breakfasts, a large selection of food (eggs in various forms, fruits, cakes, sausage, jamon). I also had lunch or dinner at the hotel (they have a large selection of dishes) and if you live there, they give a 10% discount. All waiters are polite and friendly. Cleaning was done every day, shampoo was also delivered.

I had the room with breakfast included, which is actually the big breakfast, Swedish buffet type with everything from sausages to fruits and cakes, if you are not a gourmet you don't need food until the evening. In a word, if you like peace and relaxation, for us it was exceptional. The restaurant staff, always attentive and smiling.

Excellent location - 3 minutes and you are on the beach. Very good service at all levels - manager, reception, cleaning. Compliments to the chefs - delicious food, quickly prepared. Special admiration for the three ladies in the restaurant - Milka, Galka and Tanya - always kind, responsive, well-intentioned, thank you. There is free parking in front of the hotel and excellent wifi throughout.

Parking right in front of the hotel. The hotel has a small supermarket and a restaurant where breakfast is served. The staff is very friendly and helped us carry our suitcases. The room was large and clean. Very central location. About 5 minutes to the beach and promenade.

Pleasant staff from the receptionists to the cleaners to the manager with a family atmosphere of the hotel. Since we had a night flight and went straight to the burka, they waited nicely for our taxi at the reception and explained everything. Every day they cleaned and swept the sand, great satisfaction with the cleanliness. Spacious rooms with newer furniture, TV, reliable WiFi, large balcony with seating, kettle in the room. Breakfast in the restaurant downstairs with a wide selection and they documented everything. They also lent us a free beach umbrella. Close to 4 min. dogs to the beach where free beaches alternated with paid beaches with sunbeds. In the evening from 19 to 24, you could hear the live music of the band from the restaurant opposite, so we danced on the balcony. Peaceful sleep at night without noise. Close to the center, the promenade or the bus stop near the Arda hotel, from where the 2, 5, 8 go to old Nesebar. A very pleasant stay, we would love to come back sometime.

Pluses: - the accommodation - very good food - very kind staff - free parking - close to the beach. The beach is wide, with very fine sand.

I consider the trip very successful. We booked a regular room, and got a two-room apartment, because it was available for the same price :) The rooms are very clean, cleaned every day, the room is equipped with a fridge, kettle, TV (the TV has Netflix, I think it's a great convenience for foreigners). Breakfast very good in the form of a Swedish table, everyone will find something for themselves. There is a restaurant at the bottom of the hotel, also you can have lunch and dinner. The hotel is very close to the beach, 5 minutes walk. The owner Georg is kind and helpful :)

Thanks to the owner of the hotel Georgi! He met us late at night, quickly checked us in, helped carry our luggage to the room, and in general was always attentive and friendly. Such a personal attitude towards guests is very captivating. Otherwise, everything was fine too, delicious breakfasts and dinners in the same hotel on the menu with a 10% discount.

Downstairs there is a restaurant where you can have a delicious lunch, and at the same time breakfast from the hotel. Breakfast is the same every day, but a lot of everything. Breakfast is different every day. We had great evenings on the balcony, with music and dancing. But, if you are a light sleeper and fall asleep, the music will interfere. It didn’t bother us, on the contrary) I recommend the hotel, everything is super!

Very well positioned hotel, rooms equipped with everything you need, daily cleaning. The hotel has its own parking, which is a plus. On the ground floor there is a small shop which can be useful. The staff at the reception and the own restaurant are very kind and cheerful. A proposal for the owners: it would be good to inform the tourists from the beginning of their stay that the restaurant has two menus, one for the hotel's customers (left photo) who bought the 2 meals a day in addition to breakfast as a package and one (right color photo) for those who have not purchased the meals in advance or are not hotel customers and pay on the spot in the restaurant. Why am I saying this? Because there are differences between the menus, the one for the hotel's customers has less diversification than the other, which is not pleasant at all. Too bad I found this out at the end of the stay; I asked the restaurant staff who confirmed that there are differences between the menus. But the same staff informed me that I can also order on the "big menu" and if the price of the 2nd course of food (for example) is higher than the one on the customers' menu, I will only pay the difference. My opinion is that it would be good to announce the customers from the beginning, or to eliminate the differences between the menus or to cancel one of them.

I liked them: the large rooms, the staff and the hotel manager are very kind, at the hotel restaurant I had a 10% discount for the meals served at them. The chef is very good, they have a very good Tarator soup. Breakfast, included in the ticket price, was very varied. You can't fault this hotel. We also liked the beach with fine sand, very clean, the prices at sunbeds and restaurants were very affordable and incomparably lower than here, unfortunately for the Romanian coast. I recommend this hotel.

We are from Israel. We stayed at the Lotus Hotel. We liked everything about it. Large room - 32 sq.m. and 3.5 meters ceilings, comfortable and beautifully furnished. Large balcony. Very good restaurant, open until 24:00. To the sea 2 minutes. To recreation and entertainment centers 5-10 minutes. Excellent staff, service exceeded all expectations. The owner is very pleasant and caring. Staying at this hotel is truly relaxing. Nice, quiet, beautiful. (Igor and Lena)

Classic hotel, which you can easily give 3 real stars, or, if you are more daring, 2 stars plus, plus, plus. The difference in everything is made by the people who work in the venue, hotel and restaurant, to make every customer feel good. The apartment was good as was the space, quite well positioned for quietness, clean white linen, real TVs (although we didn't look too much), LG, for connoisseurs, large bathroom, large balcony where you could relax in the evening or in the morning, depending on the solar heat, the protective curtains are ok, the kitchenette area is good to serve anything, but without thinking of cooking something (it would have been a shame, considering the restaurant is very ok in terms of price and quality of services and products offered), on the floor a combination of tiles with carpet that I liked, useful furniture, which can be improved in the future, good lighting, no mosquitoes or other gases, well-sized air conditioning, which worked even when you were not in room, cleanliness ok. All in all, a good quality-price ratio for the accommodation and an excellent quality-price ratio for the restaurant services. Parking was ok, on a side street next to the hotel, following the directions of the employees, no problems. You have to be careful, cars were picked up in the area every day. The sea is close, free public beach, with very fine sand, between two prepared beaches, which you enter for a fee, between 10.00 and 18.00 with 5 leva for an umbrella and 5 leva for a sunbed, outside of this interval no one told you nothing if you stayed.

The varied and diversified breakfast, like a Swedish buffet, and especially with a lot of fruit, which I liked a lot. The staff who served were kind and attentive to our needs. Our room was not in the hotel but in the cottages behind the hotel , which we liked a lot because it was much quieter there, there was shade during the day and being green in front of the room, it was cooler in the room. In addition, we had a mini terrace in front of the room where we sat in the evening and told stories, our dog sat and he spends the evening there, without being closed only between 4 walls.

Professionals work here, at the reception, kitchen, service, room service, everything is suitable. For the first time I see a manager who is involved in everything and is very popular with his team. Huge compliments to George. From the first day we felt at home. The hotel is close to a well-groomed beach, a quiet area where you can relax. Parking in front of the hotel, supermarket in the hotel, taxi rank, promenade, everything is easily accessible. All questions were professionally answered by the front desk or George. I am writing this review extremely satisfied and sure that we will go back there again. We had a problem with the car on arrival but they waited until the late hour of 10:30pm to accommodate us. The restaurant also served us and fed us despite our huge delay. The hotel is wonderful, small, neat, very well equipped, has everything you need to feel at home. The rooms are cleaned every day, our towels were also changed daily. Bed linen is also changed every few days. It was ozonated every day. The breakfast is superb, everything is fresh and freshly prepared. The children liked the wonderful soft cookies and buns :). For me, the biggest + of the breakfast was the strong, aromatic coffee. It is rare for us to have coffee for breakfast like this. There are also different cooked meals for lunch and dinner every day, and I also liked that they thought about guests who would prefer fruit over sugary desserts. They prepare fantastic clams in the shell at the restaurant, I highly recommend trying them when staying in Sunny Beach. The restaurant also works for visitors staying outside the hotel. The distance from the hotel to the beach is literally 100 meters. The place is quiet and very peaceful, but we also visited it when the crowds of tourists were absent. Parking at the hotel is free, which for us personally was one of our criteria before deciding on the Lotus Hotel. I would especially like to thank the owner of the hotel for the human attitude, for the kindness, for the smiles, for the attention to every detail and for making us feel comfortable and at home all the time! We also thank from the bottom of our hearts the wonderful, always smiling staff from the restaurant, as well as the two maids, who we could not feel when they were cleaning, but they did it extremely quickly and with high quality! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were exceptional. There is no fixed interval for these and you can go to the hotel restaurant at any time. The service is impeccable and the boss George is everywhere and at any time. The distance to the sea is very short. I make a special mention for George who truly has a vocation for this activity and whom you would like to meet at all hotels. I will definitely come back

I liked it a lot because the location is close to the beaches, the rooms are spacious and well equipped, the cleaning is daily and of high quality, the meal is "a la carte", varied and very good, and the attitude of the staff is kind and flexible, accepting and ideas or proposals of clients that go out of the patterns of the offer. Also, the chosen radio music program is soothing and comforting.

I don't know about the coffee because I don't drink coffee, but I liked everything else. The hotel is made and furnished as one would make it for oneself. With style and taste. And as comfortable as possible. The restaurant is excellent, apparently they have a very good chef. And the waiters, apart from being very nice, are also professionals. And they try so hard, as if the customers were their personal friends. I stayed at this hotel three times this year.

Everything was beyond expectations. The service in the restaurant is impeccable. The menu is a la carte but you could combine them. The waitresses score 10 with +, especially Tania.
