A good hotel, especially for the location and the hotel staff
Comfortable, good food, very good hotel staff. Very good location, close to the beach.
Noise from the discotheque across the street.

Not a success
Location was fantastic and that's all positive there is to say about it
There were many ants in the room.. You had to pay for even short visits from friends.. Food and drinks were not allowed in the room. And several times we had to identify ourselves with ID to prove that we were staying at the hotel

Disappointing
Thanks to the chefs.
Noise and din after 23:00. Drunkenness of teenagers from Germany and a complete lack of culture.

I wouldn't do it again
The hotel is close to the beach, that's the only positive.
80% of the staff do not speak Bulgarian, it is full of drunk foreigners who are extremely loud and rude.

Disappointing
That they had air conditioning that I hardly managed to get cold air to enter
The cleanliness of the toilet leaves much to be desired. The room being a twin, I put the beds together, and what I discovered under the bed (used earplugs, glass shards and a lot of dust) amazed me. The operating system of the elevators is very poorly thought out.

Very weak, choose gladiola star

The rooms are very small and unkempt Old furniture An old, huge and yellow air conditioner above the bed The attitude of the reception staff The sight of the garbage can Our luck was that we changed for a not very big difference to a room at gladiola star, gorgeous, with a sea view, well-kept.

Successful vacation in a wonderful resort.
Hotel located 5 minutes from the beach and close to the center of the resort, great swimming pool, varied and well prepared food, quick check-in at the appointed time.

Successful stay, good value for money
The location (close to the beach). It is right in the center, for me it was an advantage because being with a child I didn't have much to walk from the hotel to the entertainment areas. Daily cleaning in the rooms (although vague, but at least they entered). The guys at the bars are very kind. The room looks good For 3*, in Romania they are worse. Regarding the noise, yes you can really hear it, but not so much that you can't sleep, so let's not exaggerate.
The food is not very diverse, but good. Lunch lasted only 1 hour. Snack bar = ice cream and biscuits (at other hotels I used to find pizza etc..) Weak water pressure in the bathroom.

The hotel is close to the beach, it has a swimming pool and you can stay at it, but if you took a room with breakfast you have to pay, anyway better than on the beach.
The sea view rooms have the disadvantage of having to put up with very loud music from the pool bar, which is very unpleasant. The food is so-so, it depends on your taste, but you have options to choose from (I mean breakfast).
