I recommend the Laguna Mare hotel for a pleasant stay in Albena
Value for money - convenient price, friendly staff, room in very good condition.

Worst hotel in my life

Breakfasts are served at a nearby three-star hotel. Disgusting staff, lack of customer focus. Rudeness on the administration! Beach towels are available for 5 liras. Check without leaving your employees! They are either torn or dirty. Then you will not prove that you were like that. The cleaning is very strange: the bed is changed once a week, towels may not be changed at all for 3 days. The maid, seeing that one side is dirty and the other clean, decided to just hang it so that the dirt on the towel was not visible. The towels themselves are old. Give 2 towels per guest left only 3 towels for 2 people (and they were all dirty). There is black mold in the bathroom. It is doubtful that this hotel has 4 stars, there is a maximum of 2! Choose another hotel so as not to spoil your stay.

unexpectedly bad
Location ok, cleanliness and services below expectations. 4-star hotel with 2-star services.
the cleanliness and the clogged drain in the bathroom, the smell, the change of towels every 3 days and the sheets were not changed in 5 days.

Hygiene was not at the required level. BGN 20 per day is unreasonably charged for parking.
The breakfast was relatively well organized.
Regarding the food, it is necessary to reduce the number of offered meals in order to improve the quality.XX

Nice, almost perfect.
we liked the quality of the food, the proximity to the beach, the location, we also liked the service the renovated complex and the new attractions.
We don't like that we had to pay extra to park our car. This is also annoying when we arrive with a car that we have nowhere to leave except at Paid parking. In many other places this is free, and given that we paid for an all-inclusive offer, they wanted us extra for parking!?!?!?! It's stupid, and we are moving away from the idea of a holiday on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.

There is no Wi-fi in the rooms, on the ground floor in a place marked with a "wi-fi zone" there is a signal with "dips", there is no hairdryer in the bathroom, breakfast, which is included in the room rate, is served in a neighboring hotel, breakfast leaves a lot to be desired ... We do not recommend

It would be time to renovate, to take maintenance seriously, to consider Hungarian guests as equals.
The breakfast was in the neighboring hotel, it was simply fantastic. We had everything we needed for breakfast and everything was available in abundance.
The lack of information we received about the breakfast option. The approach to the neighboring hotel is a bit strange.

Internet is only near the reception, the room is rather shabby. For a week, the bed linen was not changed even once, it was cleaned poorly, only the towels were changed.

THE LOCATION, THE BEACH, THE SEA, WHITE, CLEAN LINEN AND TOWELS, KIND STAFF.
THE INFORMATION ON THE BOOKING DOES NOT COMPLETELY CORRESPOND WITH THAT IN FRONT OF THE PLACE, AT LEAST CONCERNING THE PARKING, WHICH IS ACTUALLY PAYABLE FOR 20LB PER DAY AND NOT PER STAY. THERE IS NO WIFI SIGNAL AT THE RECEPTION, ONLY ROMANIAN TV PROGRAMS, INTERNATIONAL AND REALITY.

The resort is beautiful, quiet. The staff was kind and communicative, the room was quite spacious, with a TV that had only reality and international TV programs, wifi signal only at the reception, missing from the room, the drinks included for free, only a few local ones, served in glasses on the spot, water from the dispenser tasted a bit bad and only by the glass, you were not allowed to take any kind of drink, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, in bottles, in the room or on the beach, except for a fee, the food in the restaurant was very good, but in every the same day, approximately at all three tables, although the meal schedule was until 2:30 p.m., if you arrived at this time, you would find nothing, except the empty plates on the tables, prepared for the next meal, the hotel does not have its own restaurant or swimming pool, the meal was served at another restaurant, and the pool at the nearby hotel, on the beach mattresses are not included, the view was beautiful, at the sea and the mountains, linen and white, clean towels , towels changed daily, and be careful... On the booking it says parking 20 lb/stay, but not yet, it is paid on departure and is 20 lb per day, be careful how long you stay....
The difference between what is specified on the booking and the accommodation found, the facilities could be changed, being a 4-star hotel, it should be specified on the booking that this hotel does not have its own restaurant and swimming pool, it should be clearly specified how much parking costs, i.e. 20 lb per day and not per stay, the menu should be different for the 3 meals a day, and not repetitive and about the same.

probably that in full season the quality of the meal will increase. beautiful location
I found food scraps in the fridge, a cake behind the TV, I asked to wash the tiles - it was sand. There was dust under the beds.

It was not what I expected!
The staff in the Restaurant was Super Polite.
The layout of the room. The bathroom, all the siphons were blocked and we were soaking in dirty water.

A wonderful stay, in a location that has become dear, every year, a place where I return with pleasure.
Breakfast, a wide range of fresh products, free and very good coffee, in the reception hall. Clean room with air conditioning, quiet after 23:00 and in the morning, until 09:30. Parking in front of the hotel, within the limits of available places. Valuable goods locker, next to the reception, for rent for 8 leva, throughout the debut. The hotel is close to the beach, in the area of shops and supermarkets, even a shop open non-stop, terraces and street shops with all kinds of products and services.
After checking in, we went up to the room to see how it looks. I locked the door from the inside. After a few minutes, we found ourselves in the room with the maid. I made this known at the reception, but it seems that they did not pay any attention to this situation, not at all negligible, as if everything that happened was natural.
